Wow, horrible service. I placed an order for 9 pizzas on Friday July 7th to be picked up at 11:15AM for a customer. Not only were the pizzas not ready then, only handed me 8 pizzas and when I delivered them to the customer; 2 of the pizzas were WRONG! Wow, you got 1 job, to make pizza to order; guess the employees at this location can’t read English; ordered online so it would limit errors; sadly mistaken.

Ordered pizza with double pepperoni and half green pepper and onion. 8 boneless chicken wings. Got pizza with green peppers on half and no pepperoni. And wings. It was all cold. If your going to run late that is fine but at least get the order correct. Never again, and gave a $7.00 tip on top of the delivery fee. $40.00 down the drain.

Called to make a to go order at 9:40 pm and was told that they shut down at 9:30pm. I said it shows open until 10:00 pm. I was informed that they always shut everything down at 9:30. So no, you aren’t open until 10:00 pm then !!! I would give 0 stats if I could. The management is horrible.

Will never order from here again! Said my order would be ready at 12 after it was another half hour till ready people came in and ordered and waited for there pizza then walked out with it while my husband still waited they still needed to make wings my pizza was old when her brought it home

I would give them a zero if that was possible. I ordered a pizza from them and didn’t realize I placed the order I didn’t I had placed it for carry out. When I called in to switch it to delivery he advised me it would be just shy of 7$ for a delivery charge. I thought that was ridiculous so I requested to cancel my order and my debit card refunded. Rudely he said I will cancel the order and hung up. I called the next day and was told that my debit card was refunded and it would take two to three business days. After 3 days I called my bank and was told there was no reversal and that the charge of 30$ and some change had been charged and the payment was processed by them. When I call back Josh answered and said he was the one I spoke to and he didn’t understand why my bank would tell me that, and that it was voided and refunded. I told him I wanted to speak to the owner and he took my info and said someone would call me back. After hanging up the phone I got a text that said my money would be refunded in 3-5 days. Josh had been lying the whole time and never refunded anything until he knew the owner may be involved. Beyond the horrible customer service Josh is a liar and the owner may want to reconsider him as an employee, unless he wants a liar and rude person working for him. I will not go back to this Jets location and will be letting everyone know about this experience
