If I could leave 0 stars I would! From the moment we walked up to the patio it was extremely dirty. Cigarette butts and trash everywhere! It took almost 30 minutes to place our order with only 4 people in front of us. The prep area was dirty and they were out of multiple items including guac and brown rice. Ordered a steak Quesada and the steak was dry and rubbery and the cheese was not even melted. The restaurant was extremely hot and we were sweating the hole time we were eating. My husband was also in his military uniform and they did not give him any military discount which they normally always do. Used to come to this location a lot and lately it has been such a disappointment. Never eating at this location again!

Food is really good and you definitely get your money’s worth . definitely recommend trying it if you haven’t fr it’s a lot like chipotle .I will say that some of the employees there could learn how to treat the customers .I go a few times a month and for the most part its good service buy theres one there thats just got serios attitude problem.almost yo the point that i don’t want to go back .

I hope this message finds it way to the owners of this restaurant. This was the first time I’ve been to this location and as soon as I walked in, there was an unpleasant odor. The floors were dirty and the tea container didn’t have a lid on it. I should of left after seeing this and I wish I would of. I proceeded to order and the presentation of the food was terrible. I went ahead and ordered a burrito to go. Once I left and started eating I immediately questioned what I was eating. The Spanish rice wasn’t cooked all the way. It was hard. Not from sitting out to long, but from someone not cooking it thoroughly. The ground beef had several hard dried out pieces in it from sitting out to long. I’ve never written a review like this because I’ve never experience anything like this before and I hope it makes it to the owners so they can make the appropriate changes to management and or employees so no one gets sick from dining there.

I want start by saying that this was not my first choice today, I wanted chipotle but they’re system is down so there is no way to order, fine I’ll go to Qdoba over here(I normally go to the one on sunshine). My day proceeded to go from bad to worse, while in line I was never acknowledged which normally I don’t care but then once I got up to front to order, both the workers didn’t seem to know who was doing what. Finally someone starts taking my order, they were out of shrimp which is whatever that happens, but regardless I had one of these worse customer experiences I’ve had in a while. They weren’t paying attention to what I was saying instead more focused and making jokes and conversation with their coworker, a little bit of this is fine but it was getting to the point where I couldn’t even focus on what I wanted. They made it very apparent that I was not their priority. Whilst I’m paying for my food, which I’m already not getting what I want in the first place, I overhear the other coworker say that the worker handling my order burnt the fajita veggies. When I tried my food it was very disappointing. The kitchen was not clean and it overall seemed like the workers didn’t care.

Went in around 1130 to get lunch for my work. I was the only one in line and tried to start placing my order. I had 5 things I needed to order and started with the street chicken tacos since they should have been the easiest to do. The girl that was making the food was too busy complaining about the online/ to go orders coming thru to pay attention to anything else. After 8+ mins of standing there and getting no further than 3 heated up tortillas and listening to her complain about to go orders and not knowing how to make the food I was ordering, I left and went to Firehouse Subs instead where I was in and out of the restaurant in 6 mins from ordering to receiving food.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The manager was blasting rap music off of her phone behind the counter. Not attentive to customers, and they were not showing the new girl how to do anything. I love Qdoba and wish this location was better!

If there was only 1 or 2 people working, I can understand why it would be slow. but they took 30mins to make my quesadilla and chips online order… there was at least 4 people working that day. and there was only 2 other customers besides me. This place is slower than most fast food places.

Just saying this place is lacking in there sense of customer satisfaction and service. Our attendant was very unattentive as he put brown beans instead of black beans which was requested on my bowl he also did not have any shrimp for my surf and turf Bowl but he gave me more steak instead so I had like two shrimps anyways I don’t require coming back here for another review anytime soon

I’ve been to this location a few times. The fiid this time was bland and didn’t taste as good as it usually does. The staff weren’t very friendly. The man who was working the front was taking my order, checking me out, and cooking a lot of meat on the grill because it was an hour until close. I watched him blow on the flames and therefore, the meat. That’s no good! Quick note about parking…there is a lot nearby but you have to walk a little bit.
