I am convinced this Domino’s location makes its employees pay for pizza toppings out of their own pocket. Why else would they be so stingy? The photo below was supposed to be extra pepperoni and extra mushrooms. Two of the slices have no mushrooms and one has like 2 pepperoni. If you’re going to charge me for the extra toppings I should get the extra toppings. And the worst part about this is I’M THE IDIOT because this has happened dozens of times and even after repeated free pizzas they still never make it right. It is frustrating and unnecessary.

Normally I love this Domino’s, I’ve never had a problem before, but this was awful!! First we were charged for the three cheeses on our THREE topping $7.99 pizza! It was supposed to be included in the price, but we were still charged. After I got home with the pizza’s, I opened one of them up and a chunk of the crust was gone! Opened another and there was a hair!!! I thought it was just in the box, but when I tried to pull it out, it snapped because it was imbedded in the pizza!!!! So incredibly gross!

My pizza was over cooked and burnt. I called to the store three times and got no answer. When I left the store there was three employees in the store and they were not busy. It is unacceptable and I will not be going back for a while.

Had a few messed up orders but food is ok. The main thing is this place needs to get a handle on the bathroom. The smell is so strong it’s pungent throughout the whole restaurant. Will be happy to update my review once this is handled.

Three different times I’ve ordered for dominoes in the last two years that I’ve lived here in Clayton. Every single time my order is either wrong, two hours, late, or delivered to another address. This place is pure trash don’t order anything from them.

The pizza was great, it arrived on time with an amazing delivery guy. Unfortunately, the marble cookie brownies I ordered were BURNT and hard as a rock. Dominos is great, but this location is definitely a hit or miss.

Placed online order. After an hour there was no update so I called the store. They hadn’t started the order yet. TURN OFF ONLINE ORDERS IF YOU CAN’T SERVICE THEM PROPERLY. 3 hours for an order is ridiculous

The absolute worst Dominos. You will wait forever, and they will not answer the phone when you try to call. I had to go to the store after 2 hours of waiting for 1 pizza. When I walked in, the employees were just sitting in the lobby while the phone rang. They have awful attitudes and really do not care about the customers at all.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Not once but twice have I had an issue ordering here, once being told I could get a pasta bread bowl and then when the item was delivered without the bread bowl and I called the manager, who said she was sorry that the new employee gave me wrong information and she would credit my account. Come to find out she didn’t. I am all about giving companies a second chance and trying to have managers fix issues before leaving a bad rating. But then tonight another manager another problem. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and I am all about doing whatever I can for the customer, not Hunter the so called manager. I’m completely dissatisfied with the service here. A lot of issues could have not even happened if this establishment would have picked up the phone to answer questions when forcing me to place an online order. Save your time and money and order from a different location or better yet papa johns!
