1st timer here. Hot wings were excellent and so was the ranch dressing (ranch can make or break a wing experience for me). Garlic Parmesan wings and seasoned fries were just ok. I appreciated that they had unsweetened iced tea. I’ll be back for those hot wings.

I had never stopped at Wingstop before. Thought a place with that name would have good wings so I stopped in for a takeout order. Based on other ratings I see maybe it was just a fluke or something but the 10 piece original wings I received could not have been worse. No exaggeration. They were like leather and very hard to chew. I threw out over half the order because I just couldn’t see continuing trying to eat them. I’ll never be going there again. Very sad.

Dine in was not available. Since we are from out of town, we had to eat in the car which is not ideal with wings. (The vehicle still smells like a barbecue shack) The wings are crispy and have good flavor but they were a bit over sauced. I recommend ordering the sauce on the side, if allowed. The fries are very tasty. The staff is friendly, but the place could use more cleaning.

Food was decent as a Wingstop should. Services was terrible. First off an employee came to the register and said I had to place an order online too get food. Like since when? Once I picked it up 30 minutes later a different employee was taking orders at the register. I think the first employee was just absolutely lazy and had zero customer service skills. Also my friend placed an order a minute after mine and hers came out 20 minutes later…..

When wingstop is done right, it hits but idk what was up with tonight’s employees. food had a 21-26 minute approximate wait time. from past experience i knew that would be off. i arrived 40 minutes later & was told about 10-15 more minutes. it was an additional 20-30 minutes until i received my food. all of the workers were standing around our back. then, when i finally get home with my food, i realize that although i paid extra to have all crummies, i received mostly flats. called back to let the store know their error & the workers must still be outside because nobody answered the phone.

6/23/2023 I picked up wings on Friday night and had the order placed Well Done. Not sure who was working but they did a WORST JOB. Wings wasn’t well cooked and were chewy like a gum. I guess they were working for name sake. I went to pick up a girl was left alone and 2 people were out at the back for smoking. When I ordered earlier last week, team SRUJANA and RAJSEKAR did an excellent job and the wings were crispy, yummy and well cooked and I ordered it when they were there. Could see their dedication and effort in the food as they go above and beyond… Srujana is an asset to this store.. Was disappointed as they weren’t working yesterday… They do a great job and deserve more than 5 STARS

I ordered my food for delivery. After not receiving my food within 40 minutes I called to check on my order because it said it was completed 20 minutes before I called. The owner answered and told me that my food was for pickup and laughed! If I wanted pickup I would have ordered it for pickup! My fries were soggy and had very little seasoning on them. Very disappointed!

If I could give no stars, I would. me and my partner went here for lunch to try it and they didn’t only get our order wrong, but when he finished his drink, he found mold on his ice or whatever this is very dissatisfied, and disgusted. The store also wouldn’t answer our calls so we could report the problem to them and we were already too far to go back.

Had high hopes for a first timer. Heard nothing but good things, this GB location definitely falls short of my high expectations. The presentation of the food was very well, but the food was over seasoned, the seasoning on the fries was way too much, and the dine- in experience was absolutely horrendous. Not even napkins, a garbage can.. tables were filthy.. we had to use to go boxes to eat our wings on. The ranch was decent, that’s probably the only positive thing I can say about this place. I highly recommend not dining in here… won’t be going back.
