This place is a hidden gem. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with smiles and a family like atmosphere. Our waitress, Belle was phenomenal, she went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. Will ask for her again. The food quality and portions are well worth the price, I highly recommend everyone give this place a try and you will fall in love like we have. This is our new monthly “treat ourselves to something elegant” spot. Thank you chef, keep doing what you’re doing. ~Meaghan and Hailey

The Valentine’s Day menu was absolutely divine. (Some options are on the reg. menu) A small town restaurant with a big city menu. Everything we ordered was full of flavor and well executed by the chef and his staff. Great portion sizes and well worth the price. I highly recommend you give Family Table a try if you haven’t already. Our new favorite restaurant!!

Went there tonight for dinner. And it was absolutely amazing!!! The filet was delicious, and the french onion soup was hands down the best I ever had! The atmosphere was comfortable and service was top notch!! Next time we are in the area we absolutely will go there again!

Food is fantastic. Everything is fresh. We have eaten there a few things mes now. Some of the best pizza I’ve had in Tennessee. The French Onion soup is the best I’ve ever had. I believe the pasta is homemade. Ordered the manacotti once and it was a little thick on the bottom. Ending up not cooking through and was a little chewy. The atmosphere is very quaint. I feel like I was eating at my grandmother’s house. Brings back a lot of memories from when I was a kid and used to make fresh pasta with my grandmother.

We loved it! There isn’t much else that needs to be said. The food was great and the atmosphere was surprising to say the least. This great place is nestled in an unassuming corner of rural Tennessee with spectacular spectacular menu options. Don’t expect to get out of there spending less than $50 per person for dinner, but it’s a welcome expectation for what was delivered.

This place is off the beaten path, but well worth the drive to Henry, TN. It’s a small, very detail oriented restaurant. The food is phenomenal, and always plentiful. Please don’t let the menu prices scare you. You get a salad and the bread event.. I usually have enough leftovers for 2 more meals. The service is out if this world. Chef, Ms Janice, and the others make you fell like your the only one there.

We went for our 15 year anniversary. I called the day before and made a reservation. I probably got lucky as this place was amazing, so I’d say call a few days in advance.

We made reservations online for a Saturday night dinner. 7pm. We arrived about 10 minutes early and were seated right away but the hostess lady let us know right then that they normally had 4 servers on Saturday but only had 2 this night. They quickly brought some hand made bread and ice water… Then, it was straight downhill from there. Our appetizers took about 45 min but tasted fine. Salads were another 45 min and were fine. We finally got our entree’s at 845pm and when they arrived both sets of snow crab legs were way overcooked, no moisture left in the meat and you could not even crack them. The King crab leg was VERY fishy, smelled awful, and tasted worse. The filet was wonderful. They didn’t bring the shrimp or lobster tail that was supposed to be included, we reminded the server and she had to make another trip back to the kitchen. When she brought that out the lobster was perfect, shrimp was still white and hadn’t gotten any of the wonderful orange color shrimp should have. For the cost of this meal, this should have been phenomenal… it was nowhere close…… It was our first time ever going there, driving over an hour to try this place out and we won’t be going back.

The food here was so much more then expected! Very unique menu items that are not offered in this area! Don’t be discouraged when you pull into the parking lot as it looks like a very simple building. The restaurant is small and gets full quick so I recommend reservations. We ordered Veal Masala and Baked Ziti with shrimp, scallops, and clams. The Veal was very tender and the masala had a wonderful light wine taste with hearty mushrooms. The ziti was baked full of quality seafood that was cooked perfectly without a strong seafood taste. I saw another table served beautiful big King Crab. The table bread and dipping sauce were wonderful with a hint of sweetness. The food is made to order allowing for great conversations while waiting for your meal. The Family Table is definitely worth the drive!

Recommend by a friend, I already expected this to be a great place to eat. Don’t let the small stature and country feel of the building’s exterior fool you, this place is top notch. Chef does a stellar job, this is well worth your drive.
