**Update** I revisited today and was pleasantly surprised, the whole lunch experience was completely more satisfying than my last visit. Staff member, SERENA, made such an impact on the whole place, greeting each visitor, filling orders, making table rounds, asking everyone if they needed anything. Turns out she is a visiting area manager. But hopefully her influence will make a lasting improvement after she leaves. (Give that girl some recognition guys at corporate)

We were waiting for our food and heard a worker giving another worker advice on how to take care of his gal after having a baby. It was detailed advice with being cut etc. Not something that was appropriate. Then they forgot our order. The food came out and it was bad. Nothing was normal like a typical taco bell. The workers were just talking to each other with no care about customer.service.

While I’ve always gotten hot food from here, there will be no more night Taco Bells trips after work for a while. I ordered ahead with the app, only to be ignored when pulling up to the mobile order line, while they took the other lines order. Waited for a while with no response, so we pulled forward. As we got to the window, we were told we were now checked in and we’d have to pull back around because it hasn’t been made. 5 more cars had pulled up and we had already waited 15 minutes just to get to that point, plus at that point they were going to close soon. If I’ve ordered ahead, what is the point in them waiting to make it? I said forget it and wanted to cancel. They didn’t know how, but fortunately, I knew how in the app. I go to cancel my order and low and behold, it won’t allow me to and tells me my food is getting made. I tried contacting corporate to get my money back, because I didn’t receive the order, but no response. Sadly, I had to file a dispute just to get my money back. Won’t be back for a while after this.

Taco Bell sucks. This is the cheapest food ever, and they charged $18 for 2 regular tacos and number 3, which is a small burrito (basically slop) and a hard shell taco.. Look at this damn taco and tell me how this is even acceptable??!! I will never eat at Taco Bell again. It’s just not worth the money. Now I remember why I stopped going there years ago.

Ordered a burrito add black beans and cinnamon twists. The guy couldn’t give me a total and told me to pull up to the window. As I’m pulling off I see my order pop up on the screen and notice it’s wrong. I explain to the guy at the window and he responds with “Well that’s what you said.” He yells at the kitchen that I changed my order and I receive my order in about 20 seconds. No surprise it was still wrong. Great job guys.

Been there twice, drove through, pretty quick service but left out items both times. Didn’t realize until I got home. Also very little meat and cheese on tacos. Maybe the person making the food needs a little more training. Other food was good and it is new so will give it another chance.
