This is absolutely terrible. I would never order any food from here after 9 PM. My personal opinion if the franchise closes at 11 o’clock that’s when you start cleaning you can’t start shutting down the stations because you want to get out of there early and give people cold old and unfinished food. The McDonald’s drive through experience is nothing special, however, the employees were very respectful and nice, doing everything they could despite being busy and having someone order, only to drive away before paying which messed up the orders. They were able to keep it moving seamlessly. But, when we got home and popped open the chicken nuggets. They had them freaking organized. I don’t know who’s working the grill, but they deserve a raise. Great job guys!

Normally don’t leave reviews on places unless the service was super super terrible, but felt like I needed to leave a review this time as I never received my order. Don’t usually have a problem with this location but this time the service was just aggravating. I made a mobile order to try to save time as I needed to be somewhere in the next half hour. When I got there the drive thru line was looking a little long so I decided to change my pick up method to curbside. I checked in and it said it would be out in 2-5 minutes. After it had been around 10 minutes and no one had been to my car, I should’ve already been heading to where I was headed so I sent my sister in to check on my order. She returned about 5 minutes later saying she asked the people at the counter about my order and they just ignored her. She waited a few minutes before coming back and they still said nothing and didn’t address her at all. After waiting in the parking lot for another 5 minutes I decided to leave, as I was now late for where I needed to be and was obviously upset that I left without my order and there was no option to cancel it. So waited for 20 minutes for nothing. I understand being busy but the communication between the employees and me was just below standard. If it’s going to be a while all that was needed was to let me know.

Today took the longer than normal. I normally would get out of line but my son really wanted mcdonalds and I other errands to take care near this location so I stayed. I have never stayed in line for 30mins or more to get anything. I think there was only 2 staffed employees working and the 2 kids that took money and gave out food and drinks were under age and someone kids. This location needs help NOW.

By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. They mess up my order every time I’ve been there, last time they didn’t put the meat in my burger( they gave me a bun with ketchup and pickles) and this time they put mayo on my daughters happy meal burger. Not only is the food trash, the customer service is horrible! They’re the ones messing up the orders and they have the audacity to have attitudes when you ask them to fix it, especially the one with the blonde dreads and the stupid look on her face. On top of all of that, every door was locked and I had to go back through the drive thru (in the middle of the day). This place should not be in business, I will definitely not be returning. Take your money elsewhere!!!

The worst customer experience ever! No counter service, was directed to the kiosk which I have never used. No paper receipt. Upon picking up my order which included coffee, I asked for cream and equal and was told in the rudest tone to order that through the kiosk in the future. Sausage was old and dry. Bad food, bad attitudes. Based on other reviews, someone need to look into this location. Absolutely horrible!

This is horrible!!!!! I ordered online. After 30 mins waiting in the drive-thru lane at the pick up window I was told they did not have part of my order. On the site, it did not said unavailable. When I asked for a refund I was told to go to the app in order to get reimbursed. It does NOT work that way. I purchased using the app, can take my money but can not reimburse me? Nooooo. I had ordered before and encountered the same issue. Got in contact with the McDonald’s app like I was told by the employee. They forwarded the information to the owner of that McDonald’s. The owner sent me an email apologizing for the inconvenience but her staff was supposed to provide other options or reimbursement. So I know exactly how this refund works. They just don’t want to waste their time doing it. The young lady at the window was nice but when she asked her manager, that was another level of rudeness. Once, I told her I wanted my money back because the app does not provide the refund because it is the restaurant you had ordered from she got upset. Then, she tried to give me less then what I paid for it in the app. Are you serious!!!

This McDonald’s is absolutely the worst McDonald’s that you will ever visit. The sad thing is it has been mostly subpar since it opened. I have lived within three miles since it opened, and I very rarely visit them. Every time I give them an opportunity to change my opinion they fail miserably. I have written and called the corporate office multiple times, but they do not even respond. The McDonald’s corporation could care less about this subpar restaurant and have no idea how to improve it. Do your self a favor and bypass this restaurant and help them to close permanently.

Kiosk order only. Counter unavailable. Took over 25 min. Order was made wrong. On a bacon, egg cheese biscuit they forgot the egg. No napkins or ketchup available in dining room. Possibly training new employees.
