Usually good, but certainly not today. Started from taking my order where they “upsold” me to hibachi rice without asking. When I got the extra $1 rice (which I do prefer, but didn’t ask for this time), it was clumpy and undercooked. Like I said, usually a good choice, but definitely not today.

Amazing and fast service! I ordered a side noodle and they were done super fast and they even put on extra sauce for me 🙂 the noodles are soft, sweet and perfect! I’ve found my new favorite hibachi grill! Thank you for the great service

This is my favorite place to eat in the mall. The chicken teriyaki is great! It is served with rice (white or fried) and veggies. I love the house salad, if doesn’t look like much but it’s really good! Their sushi is decently priced and tastes good.

The food wasn’t bad but don’t ask for double meat they give you the same portion as if you didn’t even pay for not worth the extra price for double meat because you do not receive double meat it’s the same portion as regular meat

We ordered a combination and egg roll. When my wife went to pick it up they stacked two on top of each other. She sat down and began to eat they yell at her 5-6 minutes later to come back up there because they had given her an extra order by mistake. They made her bring it back up there and give it back. Customer service was not good and it’s embarrassing to have to “return” the order. Then they blamed her to the other individual who did not get the order. I’m sure they do not care but it’s unfortunate because this was our favorite place to eat in the food court and will not be back.

By far best place to eat in town!!! Tons of food for a very low price!!! Main cook is awesome!!! Always knows his customers & remembers what they eat….how amazing is that!!! I have never seen him be rude to anyone!! The people who say that obviously must be prejudiced against people from other countries or something….anyone who has anything bad to say about this place either has obviously never actually eaten there!!!

The food is good depending on who is cooking on the grill. The illegal Mexicans that work in the Japanese restaurant owned by a Chinese are very rude and ruthless. They make fun of customers in Spanish to other employees who speak Spanish not caring if anyone knows Spanish while standing in line. If you mention it to them….All they say is “oh sorry” and laugh. “We no think you understand”. What a disgrace to the owners of the company because the good quality is always fresh.

The food is delicious but one of the cooks (Alex) is super rude and he and another cook will speak spanish and talk about people in line. I know some Spanish and recognized what they were saying. He cooks everything well done, despite asking for medium rare or medium. He has made fun of my voice on several visits and repeatedly made me shout how I wanted my steak cooked, yet ignored what I requested, and the woman near me spoke quieter than I did and he never asked her over. He is always so rude and I refuse to eat there if he is working. Tonight was the last straw. The owner/manager needs to know what is happening. I called the ph# on whitepages and facebook, it rings with no answer and no option to leave a message.
