After my last two visits at Luca Osteria at the end of your meal they always suggest to try their sister restaurant Eating House. I haven’t been in years here as I would always come for their Captain Crunch Pancake for brunch so decided to give it a try.

Had a great experience at eating house! Relaxed, modern yet cozy vibe. The bartender is great! The captain crunch old fashioned (yes you read that right) was somehow sweet like captain crunch but not over the top dessert in a glass. It was exciting to see bone marrow done right! Great flavor on top and plenty of bone marrow to spread on the bread! Maybe the prettiest bone marrow I’ve seen in a while too. The chicken plate was great with spicy carrot sauce and toasted carrots. I loved that they fried and roasted chicken options. The Parker rolls were perfectly fluffy and flavorful! It was the perfect amount of food that was delicious but not too filling. Would love to go back and try everything else on the menu.

We were treated by our children to a five course dinner at the Eating House for our 44th wedding anniversary. Our reservations were for 7 PM and we were seated promptly. It was fairly empty but quickly filled up by around 8 PM . The setting is very modern, spacious, and elegant. There is plenty of space between the tables. We were immediately attended and throughout our dinner Patrick was always available. We had a Cabernet Sauvignon and a red blend, both of which were very good. We had three appetizers. The first one was dinner rolls with brown butter. They were delicious. Next we were served tuna tartare. This was served with a large cracker. The combination was tasty and played well together. Finally, we were served watermelon chunks and Burrata. These were outstanding. They both tasted as if they had just been brought in from the farm. Next we had a filet mignon which was beautifully done and presented. It was perfectly cooked to medium. It was served with a side of creamy mashed potatoes which were light and fluffy. Finally, we had the dirt cup for dessert. This was truly extraordinary and it should absolutely not be missed. It’s a mix of hazelnut, chocolate and other sweets which was delicious.

In case you missed it, Eating House 2.0 is now open on Giralda. This revamped version features a full bar and the beloved quirky food mash-ups that have captured your heart over the past decade. Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli has grown and evolved, and it’s evident in the new menu offerings. Prepare to indulge in dishes like Yellowfin Tuna Crudo with black truffle leche de tigre, twice-cooked Cauliflower with lime ‘beurre blanc,’ and an updated version of the classic Carbonara with a truffle twist. While we’re excited about the new menu, we understand the sentimental value of your first visit to Eating House. That’s why they’ve introduced the Tasting Miami Menu, which allows you to relive that memorable experience from the original Ponce location.

The energy walking thru the door is infectious, the food is superb, and the staff takes you on a journey to not just eat, but to experience your meal as an individual ride on the culinary train. From servers, to back room staff, to bartenders, it was an overall amazing experience.

This has been a very disappointing experience. For anyone expecting to eat at the original Eating House in Ponce de Leon is definitely going to be finding a very different food, service and atmosphere.

Very interesting place. The best option is to try all appetizers, my favorite were tomatoes and mushrooms. Strachatella – I like the idea, but I wish they have better bread for it. Fish was good, especially sauce. And you definitely should try a dessert with merengue. I’m not a sweet tooth, but that one was something!

Great for brunch! My husband and I had a peach Bellini, guava mimosa, chicken and waffle, egg n egg and the dirt cup. Everything was delicious and the service was awesome. Our water glasses were never empty, there was always someone checking on us and they have great teamwork among the staff! Highly recommend, great food, great service and friendly staff. We will be back for sure!
