(UPDATE PLEASE READ! 1/9/2023 5:18am DOORS WERE LOCKED STORE WAS NOT OPEN AGAIN??) Stopped in this morning (11/30/22) at 5:30 am and store was not open, says it is to be open at 5am? There was 2 cars parked in front , I drove around back to find an employee standing outside the back door enjoying a cigarette. I guess that was more important then having the store open on time. The reply says “Our doors are always open during our posted operating hours” Well it’s posted they open at 5 am and there doors were still locked at 5:30 am .. How could that be??

I went into the store when we had our first little snow. Employees were on their phone and entrance way needed to be salted. When I entered the store, I almost slip because there were melted snow right in the entrance way. When I made a joke stating that someone could sue the company because of no wet floor sign and entranceway wasn’t salted, they ignore me and went back on their phone. This location has gone downhill, not quite sure of staffing issues. I also went there another time and the slushie machine was down and was told by the employee that it has been down for months. Not sure if the company has changed the hours for the kitchen or didn’t have enough staff to run it, but everytime I go in there, it is close.

Tonight I ordered a Taco pizza online from the Hartford store. I would give them 2 thumbs down at this location. After picking up my pizza it was a sausage pizza with crumbles of Doritos on it. Where I come from that is a highlight of Casey’s brand to make a great Taco pizza. It was missing all the other ingredients that go into this pizza. Will definitely avoid ever going back to this location for any service. I would recommend to get your pizza elsewhere.

A very organized run gas station. Polite employees. I have absolutely no complaints…EXCEPT….. I came in Saturday evening to pick up the pizza I ordered. As I waited, I was struck by the focus and speed of the person making the pizzas. Very shortly I noticed frustration. I looked around and she had no one to help. She was working on 3 pizzas. She apologized for it taking so long. She had 7 orders come in, all in a short time.

Stopped in on Friday for fuel also needed salt for my driveway. I was told by the cashier she didn’t know if the salt was in the system and didn’t know how to ring it up. Annoying but whatever not a huge deal. On my way to work Monday morning I stoped in a different vehicle fueled up (pumps were extremely slow) maybe because it’s 1 degree outside. I then continue to the store to get coffee or whatever else. it is 4:58 am and I was not only refused entry, the cashier just stared at me. Didn’t say a word. Yes I understand you open at 5 literally 2 minutes after I was refused entry but the cashier was standing there ready to open and couldn’t let a customer in 2 minutes early. Experience like this is what makes me go to kiwk trip where I will never have to deal with either of these issues.

I like how convenient this location is, however everytime I go in there employees are complaining about their job. The second assistant manager looks like he’s afraid of everything and everyone coming in. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but it’s hard to leave a good review. It would a lot to go to this if the employees looked like they liked being there. There is very little positive energy from the employees.

10/30/21. New to town. 4 months. 1st Casey’s pizza. Ordered a pizza for delivery. Delivery was doordash and she was punctual & polite. 5 . Pizza was way undercooked. Didn’t follow on line instructions, ordered uncut cause my nephew likes cutting the pizza. Cheese was barely melted, crust was almost raw in the middle. Put it in my oven at 450 for 10 min to finish baking it. Could have left it in another 3-5min. Bad day there maybe. Not good for a first experience.
