I love that this is one of the Dunkin/Baskin Robbins stores. We come here for both their ice cream and donuts. However, I have a few issues with this location. It smells a bit like a bathroom as soon as you walk in. Lately they have been out of the lemonade both times I tried to order it. They also have rung me up incorrectly several times which I foolishly didn’t notice until I was already home. Get a receipt and check it carefully before you leave!

We went in to sit down to chill and have something to drink but there were two young employees working there on a Friday afternoon. They did not say welcome or hi or anything. Or acknowledge someone walk-in to the register to order something. We wanted to order a ‘cappuccino blast with caramel’ one of the girls said “Oh we don’t have caramel”. she did not say “oh sorry we don’t have caramel” She had an attitude in her voice. We ended up to get different drinks. We wanted to sit down, It was only 4 o’clock in the afternoon. The guy who was working there told us that we could not sit down even though i’ve been to this location before, I’ve always liked it and we were allowed to sit down. When I asked “are you closed” and if something changed here because we couldn’t sit down he said “it’s always been like that”. So when I asked the young lady who was not really friendly she told us “oh just flip the chair and sit by the door” She did not tell us “oh sorry looks like there was a misunderstanding” or “the guy didn’t know you can sit”. All the chairs were up on the table. Overall the experience just ruined my afternoon time to relax.

The night crew guy was taking the trash out and was about to do my order, sandwich, with the same gloves. I had to tell him to change it, extremely nasty. The coffee tastes old, like it’s been sitting it the whole day. Everything’s was nasty. Asked for a decaf latte and he used the same coffe for all our drinks (not decaf). Extremely disappointed.

the first time me and my boyfriend came here, he asked for a frozen caramel blast… which is on the menu. the girl had no idea what he was talking about and asked if he wanted caramel ice cream. he specified that he wanted the drink. she was still so confused that he didn’t end up getting a drink. the we go today- and i ask for an iced coffee with cold foam and mocha. it was ready fast, but it tasted HORRIBLE. this is my go-to drink and i get it at every dunkin location and it tastes the same. why did it taste like TEA? i have no idea how or why it tasted like tea, but i swear there was no coffee in it. my boyfriend took a sip to make sure i wasn’t crazy, and he also said it tasted like tea. im not sure what’s going on with this location but their employees aren’t trained on basic menu items and whatever ingredients they’re selling might be old or expired. genuinely won’t ever come here again.

Last weekend, I bought 1/2 dz at this Darnestown location and they barely have any donuts left. I would say only 30% left in the trays. They said they weren’t making anymore and it was around 10:30am. I grabbed what was available and it was dry and small in size.
