Waited 15 minutes for a spicy mccrispy and medium fry. Got my food and the crispy had no sauce. Walked in waited five more minutes to be greeted told them the situation and they tried to give me buffalo dipping sauce to dip it in. The guy then gave me attitude when I wanted to have an actual spicy mccrispy and got mad that I had multiple bites of the sandwich that was made wrong. I understand food being made wrong but to be argued with over what I ordered is crazy

Drive thru line was rather long but we got up to the window fairly quickly…however, we waited nearly 15 min. for our meals and sure enough…no dipping sauce and ketchup was added to a hamburger we ordered only pickles…which was listed on the slip.

One of the worst experience ever. At 7:40 PM I was at the drive-through and the guy forgot to give me my drink. And when I ask him for it he doesn’t apologize. The guy that was giving out the food gave me no greeting and no conversation. Customer service was poor and he needs to find a new job ASAP.

McDonald’s has finally done it. This store has gotten me to not want to ever come back to any McDonald’s ever again. How did it start? The usual, at the drive-thru they have trouble understanding anything I’m asking for and I have to repeat it three to four times. This time they had a new one where they were out of all of their soda, fine. When I got the food, I had two sausage burritos and only one picante sauce so I asked for another picante sauce and the woman looked upset and threw me five picante sauces. Egg sausage McMuffin had eggshell… EGGSHELL, I was biting into it and it had a Sandy grit to every bite and I could not figure out what it was until I looked at the egg and saw egg shell. My son’s sausage McMuffin was burnt to a crisp. We had two burritos, one was okay, the other was about two hours old. I try to take my son here once a week and I am done. Normally I have one mess up per order and I have just come to accept that but on this order everything was messed up.

This location cannot get an order correct if their life was on the line! Frequent often as it is close however need to stop. Ask for honey for nuggets, will always get honey mustard. No cheese on breakfast sandwich, always get cheese. Order chicken deluxe, get only pickles. Recent remodel, should have demolished the place. Tell your staff to slow down and get orders correct. Seriously, 4 out of 5 times the order is not right. You can do better!
