For all the people that recently reviewed this Starbucks location and gave them a 5 star, come and check the location and people again. Food and drinks were good(it’s Starbucks). The service, you get a face of a person that hates their job. The place is filthy! Floor is filthy! Their fridge, take a peek! Also, ice buckets that were placed on the dirty floor also placed on top of their counter where they make coffee, is that the right thing to do?! Not asking for too much. Just a clean drink and food. That’s all!

Floors were dirty. They had coffees pre-made in plastic cups and pouring from them instead of fresh espresso shots. There were 2 employees and they prioritized closing the store over making customer orders

I went in and order two different drinks, one with almond milk and the other with soy milk. I literally watched the girl make both of my drinks with whole milk and 2% milk and then lied to my face saying someone else had ordered the same thing and she thinks someone took my order and left. I was standing against the wall, looking at her the entire time. There wasn’t even a big crowd either, which makes it even funnier that she kept lying to my face. She remade one of my drinks correctly with the soy milk, but still lied about making my other with 2% instead of almond milk. I did not get my drink remade out of frustration I left.

This is now the 2nd time Ive come to this Starbucks and have had the kid with curly hair mess up my drink. The first time he messed up both drinks that were ordered and I had time to wait for them to be remade but tonight I had somewhere to be and I ended up throwing my entire coffee in the trash.

Unfortunately my wife and I had a bad experience here. First of all, they were out of mocha and whip cream so we couldn’t get the drinks we wanted after waiting 10 minutes in line. Most importantly, there was no caffeine in the coffee whatsoever. We fall asleep immediately after and almost had to be woken up by the target staff. We couldn’t even do our dirty business we were so tired. Please next time do not put melatonin in our coffee. Thanks

This Starbucks has gotten better over the past few months. They have more staff and pay attention more to their customers. There are 2 in particular that know my order and name.One is the manager and another girl either Sophie or Sophia I believe. I enjoy my drinks here more than any other Starbuck.
