I’ve never had a negative experience in the 12 years that I’ve been coming here. The staff is always so friendly. Especially Molly! She’s the best. The restaurant and bathroom are clean. Drive thru always seems busy at lunch time but it moves fast. Food is always hot and drinks are cold. I think the most I’ve ever waited for my food inside has been maybe 5 minutes. Considering it was during the middle of lunch rush, I was good with that.

This one is 7-10 mins off the highway 58. Service still fast and great. Just don’t expect to be 1 miles off the exit like other restaurants on the hwy 58 sign. Still great service.

I didnt think that greatness could get even greater… i dined in today… of course i experienced the usual amazing service, smiles and pleasant people… now they’ve taken service to another level… they bring the food to you your table… and the food is DELICIOUS! always clean, always relatively fast… great visit!

Same story, different location. You built your brand on “family friendly” and exceptional customer service. You’re dying a slow death because you forget food items and show no sense of urgency. Also, your manager told my wife and kids that the playground was closed awaiting renovations… I’m unconvinced. You somehow added an extra drive thru, but can’t manage to replace a plastic slide? Your signage is from COVID and the playground is packed with all your extra storage. Let me know when your “renovations” are complete and I’ll give you my business again.

Service was horrible today. It took almost 25 minutes to get my order. I went in at 9:10 pm. there was a few people in line. All i wanted was a sweet tea, milk shake and a cone! I don’t know what happened to the milkshake machine. But it took the workers almost 15 minutes to let me know something was broke. I never was asked to see my receipt to get help. The employees just looked at me like i wasn’t supposed to be there. I could go on and on… just worse experience ever.

Playground has still not opened up… Really the main reason our family enjoys chickfila so much is the family time inside. It’s inconvenient, but worth the extra 15 minute drive for us to go to the other locations in the area. We rarely eat here now.
