I ordered some California roll sushi and a chicken and vegetable hibachi meal. Everything was delicious and filling. I highly recommend trying this place out! Next time I’m in Heber Springs, I’ll be coming back!

PSA—-Ever since the new people have taken over its terrible. Portions are smaller price went up. They cut the veggies and meat tiny and mostly give you a whole onion. Last time we got the steak it was terrible tasted old or freezer burnt then cooked. We did not eat it. They are also terrible about cross contamination. She will pick up the phone grab a pen write it down place the notepad on the cutting bored that she is cutting chicken on (by the way if you have worked in a kitchen you know cutting bored are color coded for different types of meats or veggies) she was cutting chicken on the veggie bored with her pen and notepad there. But hung up th phone opened the window took my card ran my card on the machine handed back my card covered in food and my ordered then continued to cutting up more chicken. SAME GLOVES THE WHOLE DAMN TIME!!! Watch her next time. She also has the worse attitude and needs to be taught customer service. Health and food safety need to do surprise soon! The sushi had gotten worse especially the friend ones the bearly batter them and fry them. What the point in frying them if you aren’t going to use the batter.??? Also the thrive through is going to cause damage to customers cars. Yall need a recap and update and some training. Or bring back the original owner!! I’m sorry the restaurant is a want and need for this town but not at the quality.

Didn’t get all of our order we paid for was told it was $26 got charged $27 and then the final receipt said $28.08. No one would say a word to us for some reason. Got handed a buzzer and they walked off.. not a word said to us. Got our food said thank you, didn’t get one look. Called to get our fries they missed and got told we didn’t get charged for them. They Said we paid $24. No we paid $28. She said oh it was bc you used a card and we added $2. And they asked us for fries and we said no. We did say we wanted fries and they even wrote it down on the note pad. Said if I wanted them we had to pay $2 for them. Worst customer service ever and I won’t be back. Also you can’t charge a surcharge on a debit card. It’s completely illegal. Also we did pay for the fries. We did the math.

Food was quick and everything was included in the order, but I wish the chicken was cooked fresh. The chicken was dry, but I still enjoyed my food. I would probably think twice about ordering the chicken again unless I knew it was cooked fresh. I’ve ordered the scallops before and they were good! I wish we had a hibachi food truck where I live, ordering from this one is a treat and I look forward to the next time.

I paid for food poisoning. I used to love this place. At some point the quality has decreased. I won’t be back, I had rotten steak and the worst part is I had it in my mouth and it tasted like I bit into week old road kill. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Took me ten minutes to even partially get the taste out of my mouth. To make matters worse, I now have food poisoning from it and I had even spit it out immediately. Makes me think cross contamination from the rotten meat.
