Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

No better sub than the one you’ll find at Jersey Mikes-Sumter. Everything is freshly sliced & produce is always vibrant & fresh. Line can become long but staff is always working efficiently to move the line. This restaurant does have a gluten free bread offered. As well as bottle Pepsi products & a fountain machine .

Ordered on the app with a lot of customization and everything was perfect. It’s expensive… $35 for 2 subs. For us that’s a meal for 4 with leftovers though and it was really good. While I was waiting I thought it was weird that 3 people were behind the counter but only 1 was working. The line was backed up and the other 2 were just leaning against the back counter.

I spent $20 on two subs! They got both of them wrong! One was Turkey and cheese, the other a chicken bacon ranch philly. Both were supposed to be on white bread. Both came on wheat! They didn’t clean the blade off after cutting rare roast beef from the sub before mine. The Turkey and the cheese has blood all over the edges! Disgusting! Bacon ranch philly was missing bacon and ranch! The amount of incompetence and laziness is beyond acceptable! Will never go back! The place is also filthy!

Jersey Mikes has a promotion today and tomorrow from 5-6 pm through door dash for $25 off a $12+ order. This location decided to close their door dash only for this one hour. It said the location was closed, but was magically open again after 6 pm. This is terrible customer service. This is lazy and unprofessional. I tried to call and ask and the worker said they had no idea and immediately hung up on me. All workers here really need to do their jobs. They lack dedication and this should not be happening.

2nd time received the wrong order. I ordered #17 giant and received a regular turkey sub. Would not replace. Have sub to prove wrong order delivered. The receipt was for the correct order. But sub was wrong. Highly upset.

Oh yes! Unfortunately the manager and the employees like to turn the light off as my husband and I were walking up to the door 10 minutes before 9. We knew they closed on 10 minutes and took that under consideration! Then as we drove off a young girl lock the door way before 9 o’clock. This is very poor costumer service! Not to mention we called up there just to get clarification on why they did that to us, we asked to speak to the manager, she flat out lied to us and argued with us as we were not the customer. We did not get names but not to mention she called my husband a “ma’am” multiple times before we made sure she was corrected when clearly he is a “sir”! We’ll never go back there and we love Jersey Mike’s so much!
