Wow! What can I say? Drinks and the bartenders are fantastic. I asked for dealers choice and they’re always creative and accommodating. Tip your bartender! The staff is well versed in the magic happening in the kitchen and delighted to share the tasty creations upon request. The owner often walks the floor and ensures everyone is taken care of. I’ve been twice and will continue to visit when I want wow!

I would’ve never expected a great Italian restaurant next to Alkai beach, and yet here we are.

A beautiful experience. From the first foot in the door to each dish brought to the table. Fabulous flavor, excellent cook on the food.

Service was super impressive – from the time you step in you feel comfortable and welcomed. Our server was very knowledgeable and provided us with great wine recommendations. The food itself was very vibrant and fresh. Each item is well thought of and it shows. Their focaccia had a potato stuffing and was simply superb. I stopped myself from ordering another one because I didn’t want to fill my stomach up – had to leave place for pasta and dessert. The only dish I was unimpressed by was the olive oil cake – didn’t enjoy it as much. Will definitely be coming back to try out other items on their menu!

My best friend and I went here for dinner on a Friday night and absolutely loved it. We made a reservation a few weeks in advance, and even then, only an early dinner slot was available because this place is just that good it obviously fills up. We started with a bottle of wine outside in the sunshine until our table was ready. Service was 11/10. Truly. Our host and servers were all personable, informative and on top of everything from clearing and replacing dishes between each course to wiping the crumbs from the table. Love that! The food was fantastic – we dined on the first day of the new seasonal menu. We loved the pea vines, gigante beans, and the ribeye (we shared the 12 oz and still had leftovers!) No dessert for us, but it looked great. I will absolutely be coming back for another date night!

If you’re lucky to secure a reservation, then you know it will be a wonderful evening. The service and atmosphere is relaxed, yet polished. But the highlight is indeed the food. We enjoyed the burrata with berries and focaccia bread to start. We shared the bucatini special with cherry tomatoes that were fresh and sweet. Their main stay bolognese is a must try. The shishito peppers with ricotta and goat cheese was delicious. Salmon with peas and snap peas was fresh and tasteful.

Delicious pasta and great service. Also was looking forward to their famous kale salad, but unfortunately they didn’t have it on the menu this time, but the lettuce salad we got instead was great too. Hopefully next time will get a chance to get the kale salad too!

Super efficient service. Delicious flavors, I love the halibut, it tastes like caught a few min before served. It was fast, we ate in an hour, I wish we could spend more time at the restaurant.

This place is a must-try! The linguine and clams are to die for, and the burratta with prosciutto is the perfect starter. The mista of meats plate is a great way to try a variety of meats, grilled veggies, and sausages. And the portion sizes are perfect, so you can enjoy your meal without feeling too full. I will definitely be returning, and next time I’m there, I’m definitely bellying up to the bar!

Il Nido has some of the freshest and best pasta in Seattle. I have been multiple times and never been disappointed. The focaccia bread was stellar. The burrata and prosciutto was amazing. I would come again.
