No stars for them!!!! by accident orders 2 medium instead of 2 large ones. There is a coupon for 2 or more medium pizzas with 2 toppings for $5.99 each and $7.99 for the large pizzas. So we thought we had ordered the large pizzas with 3 toppings. When we went to pick up the pizzas we realized that we had gotten the medium pizzas when they brought them to our car. So then I went back inside the store to find out what had happened. I explained to them that we made a mistake and asked if there was anything that they could do? The guy just told me that maybe I just should oder a large Pizza on top of the 2 medium ones I already had. I asked to speak to a Manager and it seamed like there was no one on duty. I also asked why they charged me $9 per pizza when it should have been $5.99 each the other guy told me because I had an extra topping. I did not know that they charge $5 for extra topping. He told me it was around $1.40 per extra topping. That still does not make it $9. They basically told me that they could not do anything and I should next time pay more attention to what I order. I understand it was partially my mistake but they way they dismissed me was very upsetting. I will never ever order from that domino’s again. They are very rude and not one but willing to help you out.

Would rate zero stars if possible. Very disappointing. Paid almost $30 and get a soggy floppy pizza. Called and spoke with manager and he wouldn’t make it right stating this was dominos standards. NEVER AGAIN!

Have been ordering from this Domino’s for a long time. They’re always great and the orders are always true. Called them tonight due to a discrepancy about my points through the app about a free pizza and not only did they reward it they gave me free food on top of it. Manager is doing a great job.

If I could, I’d probably give it a zero star rating. I called yesterday evening to place an order for 7 pizzas so I could take pizzas to my son’s class for lunch. Placed the order in person. The order was scheduled for 10:30, which is when they opened, but that is why I called to order in person. Showed today, no manager in site. The poor, very nice, delivery driver was locked out. He did his best to help, calling corporate to get the area manager there for back-up. Meanwhile, I am waiting with my 19 month old for thirty minutes before the area manager is able to arrive. I ask if the pizzas can be delivered because the likelihood of my 19 month old lasting for another thirty to forty five minutes without her own lunch is very unlikely. Area manager originally says yes. Another thirty minutes later and that’s a no go because they already have 7 orders for delivery. And now, kids who are used to eating at 10:55 still have no food an hour after their scheduled lunch.

I believe Domino’s is the best quality delivery pizza. 20 years ago I would have disagreed with this opinion. They are now my favorite pizza source, and their food that isn’t pizza is awesome as well. I could go on for days. As a former Pizza Hut employee I say Domino’s is superior.

We had a party about 6 or 7 weeks ago. I made a point of calling in advance to make sure we were n their delivery area and they said yes. We have ordered for delivery several times since and no one ever said anything to us. We always pay cash and we tip at least 30% to 40%. I ordered tonight and it was not our usual order. They told us it would 40 minutes and hung up after telling us our total. 25 minutes later the driver showed up with the pizza but informed us we were outside the delivery area but they took the 40% tip. But unfortunately the pizza was wrong. They just looked at what we have ordered in the past. I called about the snarky attitude the delivery person had left and told them about the wrong order and asked why they we weren’t told when we ordered that they don’t deliver here and he had no answer. We won’t be calling and driving in to pick up our next order. Adios tip. We will also spread the word.
