Everything on the lunch menu looked deliciously appealing. I had trouble narrowing down my choices to just one. At her server’s recommendation I picked a prime rib sandwich and it was scrumptious. The prime rib sauce was mouthwatering. My companion had the chicken fried chicken which was also delicious in every way from the garlic mash, smoky gravy and spicy seasoned batter. The dining room is incredibly well done. It’s eye candy for anyone who appreciates interior decor with a modern western vibe. I never saw the bottom of my drink glass thanks to an attentive server. The final tab was reasonable for a higher end lunch.

I recently dined at the restaurant within the Drover Hotel and I must say, the overall experience was great. The location itself is absolutely beautiful, and the ambiance of the interior exudes a charming Texas ranch-house vibe. While most of the food was delicious, I must admit that I wasn’t a big fan of the burger I ordered, as it had an unusual cheese-like topping and multiple pickled items that didn’t quite suit my taste. However, the salsa, queso, guac, and fried tomatoes were absolutely amazing, and I would gladly return just for those. Additionally, my wife’s cocktail was truly enjoyable. The service provided by our waitress was outstanding, as she was attentive and kind throughout our meal. Though parking was a bit challenging, we opted for the convenience of valet parking at a cost of $15. All in all, I would definitely consider returning to this restaurant to explore their other menu items and have those fried tomatoes again.

Love The Drover and 97 West Kitchen. We stayed at the hotel the first few days they were open. In fact, we were the first guests to ever stay in the room. We love the sophisticated western vibe. We’ve enjoyed dinner a couple of times at 97 West, most recently for our anniversary and the food and cocktails were excellent. Highly recommend!

We stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. It was quite busy but we were able to get a table right away. The brunch menu is rather small but includes enough variety. From the looks of it their sweeter options are likely their best. I’m more of a savory person so go the blackened chicken club, it was good but honestly for the price I expected better quality. The service was a little slow but otherwise amazing.

Beautiful hotel even more amazing landscaping and flowers on the property. Decided to take my mother here for her birthday brunch she is a lifelong fort Worth resident we lived in the stockyards so this was a very special treat for her to get back to go back to the stockyards and eat and see how they remade the stockyards. It has a lot of modern amenities beautiful landscaping beautiful rooms the food was amazing. The view was unbelievable in the server think his name is Jackson was amazing very nice polite was attentive food portions were huge the crab benedict was amazing the potatoes need a little bit more but maybe I just like my food seasoned would definitely go back..

Took the wife here for Valentine’s Day dinner. They had a special three course menu. I had the arugula salad with edible flowers. We both had the filet and was hands down the best most tinder filet I have ever had. The atmosphere is pretty awesome to look at and the patio is amazing. Love all the western art in and around the hotel. The Cheyenne chocolate cake was good but had quite a kick to it. I can’t wait to come back and try a ribeye.
