Ordered iced coffee with outmilk. Has little bit of outmilk and no pumkin swirl. Nobody awnsers when you call this location. Update, ordered an iced coffee. Its nothing but cold foam and oatmilk. Like no coffee whatsoever. I said something to the person in the window and they just shrugged me off. This place needs new managment. They do not reflect the mission dunkin is trying to achieve.

Just got off the phone, I called ahead of time because the app wasn’t work and I had a mobile coupon I had already redeemed, terrible customer service, spoke directly to the manager who said he could not give me the coffee for that price since it’s mobile ordering only, but like I said to them before, mobile ordering was not working. Instead of offering me something else or just following through with the coupon like a manager anywhere else would do (coming from personal experience) they were very lazy and rude and did not want to help. People should at least like their job and not be miserable like him wish I got the name.

Well this place WAS great when they first opened! Talk about grand opening attitude. Excited and happy. Now that they have settled in for months it has been different. The drive thru lines are ridiculously long and I never understood why til today. So I placed my order. Went up to the window to pay. Got my office and oops something was missing. Well they forgot to add my item. I had to make a second payment. No problem. Then I asked for butter and here comes the third charge. Now they are charging for swirl as well. I mean if they could sell the air they might charge for that too. It just seems as if now it’s all about making money. Disappointed that’s all. I mean look at the presentation of their products when they give it to you from the window. Oh and wait for it. As you order a chocolate frosted. Be prepared. The frosting is stuck to the bag.

I actually drive past a different Dunkin donut location just come to this one because of the excellent professional service that I receive from the staff and employees of this location
