I haven’t had any issues with ordering specific toppings on my pizzas – I’ll typically order none of one topping and only half of another and it’s always been accurate! Staff has always been courteous when I arrive and it’s really easy parking on site too. Overall an easy experience that ends in tasty pizza!

I can’t have cheese so I order it without cheese. Pretty much whenever I get a pizza from here they put cheese on, sometimes even extra. Tonight I ordered a large pizza with pizza sauce, Buffalo sauce, and chicken, and NO CHEESE, and it was like $22, AND THEY GAVE ME EXTRA CHEESE. On top of that we called to try and have the error fixed and and we’ve been on hold for almost 20 minutes now. Awful, awful, awful.

I’m annoyed with this location. It’s understood to be busy but I picked up my food not had it delivered, I arrived an Hour later and my food was not there! (Great) apparently the delivery driver mistook my food . At this point I had to wait for my food to be made so I decided to wait inside. As I waited I noticed No one wore a mask no one wore Hair nets!! I mean it’s the hair net for me! That’s basic principle. I mean they do this at WAWA. As I’m watching they are working well and quickly but that seriously bothered me.. the only person whom wore a mask was the person taking orders. People making the food talk back and forth with each other and again it’s what you don’t see .. all the spit coming out while speaking we never noticed til covid which is why we were a Mask! To annoy me even more I ordered a cookie brownie or marble cookie idk .. and when I got home (bc at this point I was fine being there so I left after given my order) my cookie is burnt to the point the edges where black from overly toasted!! Dried out and a bit hard.. DO BETTER

I placed a $60 order 2 times it was canceled twice I called after i placed it the second time to make sure they recieved my order and the employee said he’d check on it I head him talking to what I assume now was the manager and he hung up on me. I checked my order status and it said it was being prepared. I checked it a few minutes later and it was canceled again I called and spoke with a girl who was nice and tried to help me but had to ask her manager for assistance who then told her they couldn’t deliver to me. She didn’t speak to me look at anything she didn’t care at all. I thought maybe I had the wrong store selected bc I’ve had dominos delivered here many times before so I went back to the website and saw that it said that was the store for my delivery address so I called back and asked to speak with the manager this time she told the employee she was too busy to talk to me which I get it’s superbowl Sunday and busy but they didn’t ask me if I wanted to wait or that she’d be with me when she can she told him she couldn’t talk so I began trying to explain the situation and the employee hung up on me again!!! I called back and the delivery driver I spoke with was very compassionate and understanding and helped me out and explained there was an incident at a nearby address and they can no longer deliver here. I then switched my order to pick up. No problem but the customer service and managers lack of care for her job is unbelievable. I’m a manager at the 2 busiest stores in my state so I understand more than anyone being busy and flustered and I was very kind and respectful, understanding through all of that however I will be reporting that store bc that was ridiculous it’s 8 o’clock and my employee is just now picking our food up that I originally ordered at 530….
