Ordered pizza for delivery at 4:45. Said it would be delivered at 5:30-5:45. The food was delivered at 6:30. The pizza was cold and rubbery. It tasted old and had barely any toppings on it. Will not be ordering from this location again. Not good at all!

Gross – the food from this location is such poor quality compared to other locations. I ordered toasted ravioli, which is one of my favorite items from Imos. The raviolis are overcooked, lack quality flavor, and tastes like the alumni pan they came in. Most locations wrap them in foil and put them in a Styrofoam box. I also ordered a pizza. They put the toppings under the cheese…who does that? Just weird and burnt and tastes like the packing it came in. Disgusting and a huge waste of money.

TERRIBLE quality & customer service! DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION! I would rate this with ZERO stars if it were possible via this review process. Our pizza was clearly burned around the edges & the cheese was very brown on top – extremely hard/crunchy on the outer pieces. The ravioli was more than toasted – the outer edges were so hard! When we called to communicate this, they initially were going to provide a credit, but then they called back to say a credit could not be provided & we needed to bring the burned pizza back in order to get a replacement pizza. Once we arrived (which was a hassle to have to drive all the way back to the restaurant), the female manager said this is how they bake their pizzas. WHAT?! Who enjoys eating (and paying for burned pizza)?! They did end up baking a new pizza for us which she noted they pulled out earlier than usual since we complained about the previous one being burned. Her communication was more than lacking in the customer service department – terrible way to run a business & awful example for the other employees. Not okay. We will never come back to this restaurant EVER.

I usually love the pizza and salad however this time I took a bite of the salad and got a little piece of ham bone in my bite. I guarantee this is a ham bone because it chipped my tooth when I took my unsuspecting bite. Not to mention the ham is supposed to be cut into little squares however and all of my pieces are in these big clusters connected by the ham fat which is gross to eat with the salad.

Second time we’ve paid for a deluxe with 3 add on toppings and recieved only the add on toppings. The first time we ordered in the afternoon and they sent a correct pizza out in another hour. This time it’s 10:15 pm, we didn’t want to wait another hour. The manager hung up on us twice! I would never recommend this location! I wish another location could deliver to us! We’ll never order Imos pizza again after they were so rude about their mistakes! Save your time and money, go elsewhere.

I love Imos pizza but this place isn’t it. The hot wings I ordered were clearly not fresh, luke warm at best, and crunchy. For how expensive their prices are you would think you would get quality everytime. Not ordering from here again. I wish STL Pizza and Wings had a place out here. Far superior food at a way cheaper price.

Recently ordered for the first time since moving near this location and it was not a good look for this franchise. Bad service and low quality pizza compared to other locations in the area – specifically, both pizzas were overcooked (almost tasted burnt) and the person typing at the register when my wife entered ignored her and walked away without a word. Someone else came from the back afterwards and actually gave her a greeting, finally. We might give them another shot, but there are three other locations in easy driving distance that we’ll definitely try out first.

Great customer service. To start out I’ve never been so pleased with my pizza. Comes out fast and is cooked nicely. Some kid named joe is the kid who helped me with what kind of pizza I wanted, great guy.
