My daughter got a burrito and had them put the spicy red sauce on it, we warned her it would be to spicy, but she insisted. It was too hot for her. They made her a new burrito (without the spicy red sauce) and didn’t charge us. Very good crew here, would take my family to eat here again. Thank you!

Line was fast, but the bald white man was trying to skimp me out of my size.. when I say a little more. I’m also expecting to pay for a little more. He didn’t even try to fill up the spoon. He tried to empty out the sides…its the weirdest thing… to act like the cost of food is coming out of the employees pocket. Any way one of the other line assistant was sweet. And made up for it. Wish I got her name.

I will say, sometimes the line moves sooo slow and you can spend 20-30 minutes to get through a 10-15 person line….however, this is one of the only restaurants I feel comfortable eating at with a gluten intolerance. Everyone at this location is trained and super understanding about gluten issues and do their best to make my food safely. There have been some new employees over the last few months and sometimes they seem a little nervous when I come in, but they are always open and willing to let me walk them through what I need! I truly appreciate everyone’s efforts to accommodate me.

Upon arrival during their busiest time of day, lunch. They were completely out of white rice and said it would take 20 min to cook and the manager wouldn’t discount anything due to the inconvenience. This is the second time this happened, very unprofessional.

They got my order completely wrong. Got the wrong beans, rice, and salsa. The portions were also tiny. The bowl was only half filled. I complained on the app and all they offered was a drink instead of a refund. I won’t be leaving a tip for this location again.

Used to be fast but now they take forever to give out door dash orders. Today I was here for 10 minutes (I even got gas on the way giving them extra time) and they eventually told me they would start the order. I’m still waiting to get the order and have 2 minutes to deliver it to a house 10 minutes away.

This location is awful. They always run out (or didn’t make any for the day) hard shells, and they will never make them. Other locations usually have them and if they don’t, they are happy to run in the back and make some because it only takes a few minutes. This location regularly refuses to make them. Do yourself a favor and drive to 10 extra minutes past this location to Maple Grove by the hospital.

burrito was not wrapped right at all. was basically a bowl. when asked to rewrap it they ignored the problem and didn’t do anything. then an older guy finally grabbed a new tortilla and started counting down from 3 for the burrito to be brought back to the counter. was very disrespectful about the poor job he did.
