Went here on Saturday to enjoy some lunch as you can see by the pictures the restaurant is filthy. Asked Andrew store manager if someone could clean the tables when I left they were still just as dirty this place has a low rating because no one here cares. I will be contacting Chipotle Headquarters, and asking them if they are content with the cleanliness, and the disconnect from the employees.

I LOVE chipotle but just walking in seen all of this makes me nauseous. If they keep the space the public sees like this, imagine the back!!! I went 6/3/23 around 9:30 and the people that were working were not working as a team. Everyone was in their own world. I was a fast food restaurant assistant manager and know how a comercial kitchen should look. This is unacceptable. But I do believe it’s something that with good management, can improve its service.

I’ve visited this store 3x in the last 2 weeks. Every visit had its unique experience. Either 1. Store was super dirty. 2. Forks and napkins never available or all over the counter or 3. The “line” preparation table was messy. But tonight, it was a bit much. I asked for quacamole on my bowl and I got this. (See image)why am I being charged for quacamole when this isnt even a full scoop! .

I went in with my girlfriend, she ordered 1st and the server there was just terrible. She had zero customer service, the counter was completely filthy and there was almost no food prepared. It was my turn and I decided to get 2 bowls, 1 for me and 1 for my brother. I asked for rice and the scoop was minimal on both, I also asked for beans and the server scooped up what ever was left in the tray, I asked for more beans and she came out with black beans knowing I asked for pinto and she drops the tray in very hard and is just rude. With out listening to me, she immediately goes to the meat part and scoops it, at that point I asked her if she was mad and she gives me this dirty look. I then tell her never mind I don’t want anything from here. What a joke, I ask the cashier what’s up with her and all he says is “ do you want to speak to the manager” ? I agree and he comes out and just says “ she is just doing her job” like 3 times. I tell him I worked in the fast food industry when I was younger and you don’t treat customers like that, the young lady then proceeds to get behind him mugging me the whole time like she wanted to do something. The manager seemed lost for words because he knew she was in the wrong. I wasn’t rude to her or him, I didn’t cuss or do anything to get treated this way. Believe me, I know if I was being rude but I wasn’t, and everyone there seemed so scared to say anything to her. She was rude to me, my girlfriend, and the customer in front of us. There was no one else in line, just me and my girlfriend at this point and there was no food prepared, why? Management was terrible, the place was dirty, nothing is ready, and the top it off the only server was rude, she was very young also and didn’t know how to control her emotions. It’s quite sad to see how far an establishment can fall. Anyways I will never go there again, I will always drive to Newark from now on when buying Chipotle, it’s even sadder that I live in Union City maybe 1.5 miles away. Find better workers. Good luck. I ended up only buying my gf food since it was ready.

The line is always backed up here, they rarely have enough utensils and napkins out, also they’ve been getting lazy with chopping their food. This is not the first time cause I gave them the benefit of the doubt last time, but for example the avocado chunk in the guac again was bigger than the size of a chip and was not even close to ripe it was hard to bite into.

Generally okay but there’s one employee, teen girl, she was working the station with salsas and things and was wearing an AirPod. The place was crowded, music was loud everyone was chatting, on top of that she was wearing a headphone with music so loud I could hear it from the other side of the glass and she kept asking me to repeat my order. Incompetent and terrible at her job, Chipotle should fire her. Everyone else was nice but they need to take care to make sure their employees interacting with customers are at least partially paying attention.

This location is definitely more misses than hits! Frustrating when you place an order via the Chipotle app and they totally make the order wrong. Order says “steak” and “mild salsa” but I get chicken and spicy salsa, and even cheese when I didn’t even request it! In the past when I ask for extra rice they don’t even give you extra rice. This location is sinking and I’m losing faith in the brand.

This is our closet Chipotle and we love Chipotle! But the delivery isn’t worth it. If you say extra you never get extra but you still pay for the extra…. They do work hard pushing our orders quickly and the food is always good here but they really ripoff the delivery orders. We’ve also had to go back for missing items more then once. Go inside and make sure you get what you pay for.

Worst of the worst chipotles Tall Indian guy at the register tells me to eat my bowl with a spoon and laughs at me when I asked for a refund or or at least a complimentary drink I really wanted to ask him to step outside small portions NO FORKS ARE YOU KIDDING ME ITS A RESTAURANT! no mild no soda machine spits out air and water RUDE DIRTY POOR establishment I feel robbed trust me do not go here
