They were nice to us as customers, but I really didn’t like how the girl was training the other girl. She was very rude and mean over a simple mistake of filling the small cups with mediums on accident. She’s new. And if you were doing your job and checking her work before preparing a drink, etc. Then you wouldn’t have messed up. She also yelled at her for bringing us one of our ice creams instead of waiting for everything. And then did the same thing right afterward. It wasn’t professional, productive, or considerate. Maybe that’s why you guys are always hiring… my rating is generous because the whole store shouldn’t be punished for one persons actions.

I sat in like for almost 15 minutes just to get to the mic. Then sat and waited 4 minutes before I said hello and had someone ask “please wait one moment” I said sure. Then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes just to place my order. After that 10 minutes I said “hello?” And the guy said “ yea one second “. We’re at over 20 minutes for 2 things , good lord.

I’m not sure if you are way understaffed, but we have left the drive through line after waiting 10 minutes or longer. I enjoy DQ, but it’s been really long wait lines for awhile now, or inside not even open. I would hate for you to lose business due to long wait lines.

They are always so slow compared to any other fast food place, especially the drive through! I went one day the line was to the road and they had an employee outside either fixing or putting up an poster. Get your priorities straight! Even when the line is no one you’ll spend at least 15 mins in the drive through. This particular Dq is getting worse and worse!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I put in a mobile order. When we arrived to pick it up, we were told by employees it didn’t exist. I showed them proof that the payment went through my bank account. I was not immediately given a refund and I was told I would have to wait to see if the charge was cancelled. If the charge isn’t canceled, I’ll have to go and take my own time to go to the Dairy Queen and show proof to the manager that I was charged improperly. Not only did Dairy Queen waste my time and gas, there’s a good chance they might just take my money too.

We ordered online and it said our order would be ready at 7:36. When we walked in, our blizzards were handed to us right away. Then a door dash driver came in. I’m pretty sure they gave the rest of our food to her because we stood there for 15 minutes and I finally asked the guy in the back about our order. He told me the front never told him we were there. That shouldn’t have mattered because it should have been ready by 7:36! I stood there waiting another 5 minutes and asked a girl about our order. She just told us it was almost ready. All this time my blizzards were melting. I told them I thought online orders were supposed to be faster and they told me no, they aren’t. I still shouldn’t have had to wait over 20 minutes when others are coming in after me and being served before me. Manners and apologies go a long way! I received none. I won’t come here anymore! No need for a response from DQ since it’s obvious you don’t care!

My ice cream was melted and we sat in the drive thru for 10 mins with noone in front of us. This Dairy Queen has really went downhill. I strongly suggest going elsewhere. It’s not worth the wait. ♂️
