I asked 3 different drink to the customer and they didn’t have it then when I ordered iced blondie latte it wasn’t latte and it was just brown coffee and ice. I asked the young boy can you put whipped cream or drizzle because it was too strong and he said no… there’s no scan for points either on the app, there’s no order online to pick it up..

I worked there for one week, unfortunately the starbucks is owned by acme so it was a very bad job. Even employees have to pay for ice and you get no complimentary drinks on shift when working. The management is very bad it took me many weeks to get the job because there aren’t any starbucks managers. In the one week i worked there 6 people quit and 4 got fired… just very unprofessional. The workers got fired because they made themselves a drink once in a while, seriously. The seccurity asset protection made them all pay off drinks they made themselves, when at a regular starbucks you get 3 complimentary drinks. The security gaurds response to that was “then work for a real starbucks”. Words of advice, everytime the security guard woman Nicole has people fired she gets a 250$ bonus. Everyones getting fired…

The 2 old ladies that served me seemed annoyed that they were asked for 2 drinks. The one could barely work the register when it was time to ring me up. Should have drove the extra mile to the full Starbucks.

Lady behind the counter claimed to have nothing in stock for anything we asked for. Almost like she didn’t want to make anything we asked for. The signs were still up claiming items were still available but when we asked for something on the sign she would tell us it’s out until September. We asked for multiple different things, at least 6 or 7 different things and none of them were coincidentally in stock. Just weird to me. Be aware.

Absolutely terrible. The store said it opened at 6 am and i got there at 1130. There was a sign that said closed but one person was behind the counter. Another individual on line staid he been there for 30 minutes because he was told they would re open at 11. The lady at the counter said in a nasty manner “fine, but ill only open to you and only you” completely disregarding myself and another on line. Horrible experience

Long lines! Kids work hard but can’t get flow of people making on-line, drive through and in house orders under control. We waited for a very long time for 2 drinks, that were not even good. I do not recommend and will not return.
