Very disappointing experience. For 30$ that included extra cheese on my pizza, the pizza itself was sloppy and poorly presented the extra 1.50$ charge. Overall presentation for pizza and cinnamon sticks was SAD. Showing pics of the entire order and receipt in hopes of helping future customers make better decisions than I did today. Can’t believe I spent 30$ on this.

Just left Pizza Hut in fulton for the buffet and it was the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had. When me and my family went in they put us at a table that wasn’t wiped down. He used his bare hand to wipe the crumbs off the table. Everything was picked over hardly anything left. Didn’t even bother to replenish any of it. Pizza looked like day old pizza my son found what looked like mold on the meat of his pizza slice. The salad bar was a joke, the lettuce was brown no cheese all toppings were wiped out. I understand that it was only $9.99 a person and you get what you pay for, but it was horrible. When I paid I complained and he didn’t say I’m sorry or anything. I will never eat there again.

Food good, service bad. Pizza arrived 1 hour after I got message saying it was out for delivery. Got excuses after 10 minute wait on phone when I called because it was “only 30 minutes late” at that time. Had to wait another 20 minutes for it to actually get here. We live in a town of 13k people. Nowhere in town is more than 10 minutes away. I should not have to reheat “fresh” pizza as soon as it arrives. However the pizzas themselves were made with quality ingredients and made as ordered, hence 2 stars instead of one.

I’m giving 3 stars because the food I ordered yesterday for my birthday was sub par. I know you guys can do better so I’m not gonna berate you and please make sure delivery drivers, even door dash, pick up the sodas for orders.

Pizza I ordered whas all wrong suppose to be a super supreme but got a burnt cheese mushroom pineapple pizza with long white hairs as an additional topping that were very visible soon as the pizza box lid was opened! The manager did personally remake my pizza while I waited at the store after I brought the wrong pizza & receipt to the store for him to see for himself since I lived right around the corner from the pizza hut I ordered from & the manager had me check the newly made pizza before leaving to make sure it was all good this time. But manager wasn’t too worried about any of it like it was no big deal & didn’t offer any discounts for current or future purchases not that I wanted one just wanted what I ordered in the first place without hair or burnt & with the right toppings!

Staff knows nothing. WiFi password did not work and they didn’t know how to make it work. Waitress was terrible. Couldn’t remember to bring straws or anything so she had to make multiple trips when one was necessary. Won’t be going back there. Food was good tho.

The pizzas I received did not look like the nice pictures. Little sauce. Hardly half the pepperoni. No condiments. They wanted to charge extra for the packets. Apparently, only dine in get condiments. Tough times. Think before you vote.
