Just bad. Honestly spend the money and order somewhere else. Not worth the headache of wrong orders, late deliveries, they do not answer the phone it almost feels like after you order your number gets blocked. the whole situation feels like you’re being scammed. Not at all does this location deserve to be associated with a nationally recognized chain. On multiple orders they miss toppings that they do not hesitate to charge for. They are consistently unresponsive and impossible to contact after you order because your number is associated with it. Had to call from another number entirely to be able to even get past the answering machine. Can’t recommend less. Go with the crazy pizza man Dan instead, at least their pricey pizza man is able to justify the prices with consistency and quality. Overall 3/10 for delivery. No fault with the delivery driver he cannot control what the online delivery experience entails. Cannot overstate how unlikely I am to recommend and how much I will suggest others to avoid. Workers should demand higher pay. Goodbye

Delivery took nearly an hour and a half, though it was initially estimated at less than 30 minutes. Delivery did not actually arrive until 10 minutes after the online system claimed it had been delivered. Food was lukewarm and lacking in toppings. Ultimate Pepperoni specialty pizza looked like a regular pepperoni with extra cheese. Also did not appear to have extra sauce as requested. Specialty chicken was more burned cheese edges than chicken and toppings. I should have taken pictures, but we were so hungry after waiting so long that we couldn’t wait any longer to eat. Overall, a dismal experience.

Placed an order an hour and a half ago. Two stores bickered and kept swapping my order off onto each other saying it wasn’t there responsibility. Back and forth on hold for over a half hour, no one has picked up yet. No food. Hands down worst experience through dominos yet. This store never ceases to amaze me with careless workers. I have a feeling the only way I will get this resolved is by filing fraud through my bank (since we never received the food) and filing a formal corporate complaint.

Ordered a pizza to a military base, I made sure they had a base driver, didn’t communicate that they couldn’t deliver, transferred it to another location without my knowledge, but that location didn’t have a base driver, then they were closing so I didn’t get my pizza, struggling to get my money back, but otherwise no free meal

I just called and was advised that the driver just left with our order we placed at 4:00. what kind of service is this? I was not even offered a discount. it is 520 right now, so my order will probably arrive at 6:00. great. Looking at the other comments, i guess this is the norm. I would at least appreciated a call that they haven’t forgotten and driver is on the way. I hate when i have to call a company and remind them they have a customer.
