I used to love this Council Bluffs location. An almost every day customer but over the past few months, the management has failed. They are constantly out of EVERYTHING which is terribly frustrating after sitting in the line for a half hour due to them being slow now also. This place was thriving with the previous Managers and team leaders, always accurate, always had any donut one could want, employees were happy and made you feel good about starting your day with them….. Now everyone just looks mad at life, everything is slow, everything is out of stock. This review has been brewing for a few months, I hate to talk bad about a place I love but now it’s a place I only used to love. Sorry Duncan but we have to see other people now.

Tried calling Dunkin Donuts last night just to find out if they had apple fritters. The phone rang and rang and rang. I know they wasn’t busy because we were across the street at the car wash. I waited a few minutes and I called back and it just kept ringing. When we got done at the car wash we went across the street and parked. My husband went into Pizza Hut to get our pizza and I walked over to Dunkin’ Donuts to see about the apple fritters. When I went inside there were two female employees over by the drive-thru playing around and joking. There was no customers inside and nobody in the Drive-Thru. So there was no reason why they couldn’t answer the phone. I stood there for a moment waiting on someone to come over. After couple minutes, one of the girls finally came over. She wasn’t friendly at all. She just looked at me. I asked her if they had any apple fritters, she looked to her left side where they have the donuts and stuff, looked back at me and with a snotty attitude said no we don’t. I said do you have any donuts at all? And again with a snotty attitude and said no we don’t. I said okay , thank you and I walked out. I don’t know why she had an attitude with me but there was no reason to give me an attitude when I was being polite. And this ain’t the first time this has happened at this Dunkin’ Donuts.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, and lately, they have been extremely inconsistent. Some mornings, I can be in the drive thru up to an hour, and they are always out of items. So you never really know if it’s going to be a good dunkin’ Run.

Visited the Hastings location this morning for a quick family breakfast. All was fine until the in-store music came on… PROFANE (not just distasteful but truly repetitive profanity). The only other customers were a mom and her innocent-eared 2 yr old. Easy for us to get up and leave and pick a better coffee place next time but really bad for Dunkin’s image. Odd to invest so much marketing $ to attract customers just to lose them so quickly over your promotion of poor class.

I visited the drive thru of this location a couple weeks ago and am disappointed to say the least. I waited in the drive thru for almost AN HOUR, making me late for an appointment! All I wanted was an Iced Coffee. Because this location has a fence lining it’s drive thru I had no choice but to stay in line which is extremely frustrating. The employees really need to communicate to customers with honesty about wait times not to mention when they are out of items BEFORE we commit to getting in a line we are forced to stay in. The iced coffee never tastes great, as it always feels like it’s diluted with water. I have been finding other establishments to visit when I’m wanting coffee, such as Starbucks or Scooters. This location has been going down hill for a few months making it difficult to want to return.

I came into your store specifically to try the new chocolate caramel cold brew and was greeted by a friendly worker. I told her I wanted the cold brew and pointed to the marquee. She politely told me that it has been discontinued since you cannot get the product on the truck. You have signs everywhere in your store and it is being blasted all over the tv and internet. This is so wrong and false advertising. So very disappointed.

Horrible customer service we ordered $19.42 worth of breakfast sandwiches and drinks and a couple of doughnuts. I gave the cashier $20.42 and she tried to hand me a quarter saying that was my change and when I tried to explain math to her she argued with me we cancelled our order and I will be in contact with the store regarding her behavior

I got to say, I’m pretty embarrassed I even invited my sister to this location only because it was closer to my house but believe when I say 9 times out 10 it’s definitely worth the drive next to my preferred location out in omaha. The wait time on the food is dramatically and highly ridiculous and for the drinks wow the time is just 10 times worst REALLY for drinks. None the less the cleanliness of the dine in are is to THROW UP FOR, I will just leave the picture down below for the views but it was more than just this pic.
