Food was good but tortilla strips were stale in my soup. Service was amazing though. Laura was great. Took away most of the deals too (2 for 20, bottomless soup & salad, etc) So would probably pass on this next time.

First time ordering from this location. Had a bad experience on take out 6 item order. Pizza was suppose to be cheese. But was pepperoni. Salad has stale tortilla chips. The triple appetizer had honey Chipotle sauce all the bottom of the container. Which got sauce on my eggs roll (soggy) and cheese curds. The nachos were soggy and cut up individually. The burger was overcooked, meat had a crisp to it. Over all not satisfied with the food.

Came in on a Saturday lunch thinking it might be busy but wasn’t. There was a ginger guy running the entire place when we entered (sorry I don’t remember his name). He was sitting people, taking orders and serving for multiple tables. Usually in this situation you would have delayed service with long wait times. But not on this occasion, he was on it every single time. Thank you to him for the hard work!

The only reason I am giving 5 stars is for my server Laura you are awesome! As far as the kitchen manager or general manager your nonchalant attitude is shocking considering you had 2 tables in your restaurant! You need to be more professional because I am assuming the bridge being shut down isn’t the only reason there are never any customers ! Take care !

I just had a rather bizarre experience at the Jupiter Chili’s. I arrived with a friend to an empty parking lot at 4:30pm. The place looked abandoned! We walked in & were not greeted by an employee. In fact, there were no employees anywhere. I took a 2 minute video as I walked the entire restaurant. My friend called the store from her cell phone & we heard the phone ringing near the bar, but nobody answered. We grabbed menus and silverware and sat down at a booth and still nobody appeared. After 10 minutes inside the empties Chili’s, we left. Last time we will ever eat there.

Every time I stop at this Chili’s it’s always SUPER dead. But every time, the food comes out piping hot and cooked to order (even the fries) unlike many other Chili’s locations. Brilliant.

I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and while the food was enjoyable, there were a few downsides to my experience. Firstly, the background noise from the television made it very difficult to place my order over the phone. Additionally, when I went to pick up my order, it wasn’t exactly what I had requested. There were also too many people inside the restaurant and not enough servers, which made the process quite slow. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed the food and would recommend it to others, but perhaps try to avoid peak hours when it’s too crowded and busy.”
