I didn’t feel like cooking and wanted pizza anyway. I was going to leave because they seemed to be under staffed. Then in walks their saving grace Zee(Aggie Pride). He looks at us says give me a moment. Then handles business. He moving the orders, out the door. I wanted the online special, he said it has to be ordered online, since they have different store specials. Ok say less. I place my order. Tell him my name. He confirms its on the screen. I stood and watched him work. He never lost his cool, be it a phone call, doordash order, or customer facing. He stayed on top of the orders. I told him how AWESOME HE WAS AND HOW MUCH I APPRECIATED HIS SERVICE. Then he told me the DM James was there. I talked to him. He apologized for the wait time and advised he recently took over that location. He stated, he is working to get the store in order and address issues since this location has a negative image. He said just be patient. We are watching. I will be back in 2 months. Now let’s talk about my pizza. No cap the best one I ever had from there. Thanks Zee and James for turning what was negative into a positive.

Large seating area with booths. Service was great and food was great. The only reason it’s four stars instead of five is that the entire floor was sticky and the bathroom smelled like somebody is taking cigarette breaks in it.

I ordered/paid online and came to pick it up, but it appears they are understaffed, as it took awhile to get someone at the desk. But they were working in the back and may not have heard me. Once they arrived, they were nice and the order was ready.

I placed my order at 5:50 pm and the estimated delivery time was 28-33 mins. At 6:05 I received a text that my order was out for delivery. I called several times on the status of my delivery beginning at 6:24 pm and then finally at 7:34 pm. Each time I called I was told the order was out for delivery and kept getting a later and later delivery time. On the final call I was told the delivery was supposed to be close to 8 pm. I requested that my order be cancelled and a full refund be issued. I live 10 mins from the store. It should not take 2 hours or more to get a delivery. Your customer service is deplorable.

After receiving free food for a poor experience; I ordered the pizza we were given. Only to get home and find a roach or cricket leg on the pizza. When calling in I was told they have no way to put me through to customer service (a lie) and the “new” manager to tell me she is the highest up as it would go. Admitting there is a bug problem and that she is having someone out Monday to try and get rid of “this issue” BUGS! Not only did she try to talk to me as if I don’t know how the corporate world works; Katelyn also informed me that she was being friendly up until I got loud. I’m pregnant. Not only did I get old pineapple AFTER waiting an hour but now a bug leg in my food that was to make up for that? She offered free pizza and I declined. Why on earth would I want free pizza AGAIN after two bad experiences that could have caused my kids or myself to become ill? We didn’t eat the pizza tonight or the last time we ordered. I won’t be going back and I will be contacting the health department tomorrow.

Ordered my pizza at 5:24pm received a text at 6:01pm that my pizza was out for delivery, did not receive my pizza until 6:46pm. The pizza was cold, not properly cooked nor was it cut properly. I ordered half and half I received five slices of pepperoni and three cheese slices, the wing sauce was greasy. I called the store (girl who answered was a sweetheart) , was told I would have to wait an hour to reorder my pizza then wait another normal delivery time b/c there were 20 orders ahead of me. As a former assistant manager for Pizza Hut I’m so disappointed and hungry

Just placed a delivery order from the Hut. My orders arrived in a timely manner fresh and hot. The toppings were plentiful and cooked to perfection. The sleeper in this entire order are the fries, they were very crispy and tasty dressed out with Cajun seasoning. All in all, this was a great order from the Hut this go around, so I give kudos to the Pyramids Village location on this because they consistently receive sub-par reviews. Keep up the good work!
