Honestly, 100% of the time they are super nice and professional. Even delivering they are so amazing! The one time I had a problem they fixed it promptly and gave me a refund of the product. I LOVE papa johns and would order it all the the time if it wasn’t so expensive!!!

If I could rate this store lower than 1 star, I would. We placed an order at 7pm for delivery for a large pizza and 6 wings with extra sauces. All was well… until we noticed they switched our orders with another customer. I get it, people mess up, however, not once did I hear an apology from the manager after exchanging a few calls. After ANOTHER hour, ONLY the pizza shows up and it is missing the wings I ordered. Per the store “we can’t redeem the wings for your order.” — what??— oh wait, the new pizza that we got was delivered cold and the crust was burnt. Also, they forgot the extra sauces. I will not be ordered again from this store until they get retrained on how customer service works.

We placed an order yesterday and it took over and hour to receive. The door dasher informed me that the order wasn’t even being prepared when they arrived. Which was accurate with the papa johns tracking app. It said 35-45 mins. Seemed like door dash was great service and the pizza making took way to long. We ordered at 5:47 p.m and got our food after 7:10 P.m

I’m from the east coast originally and am a huge pizza fan, I used to try lots of pizza places! I was looking for a quality pizza pie here in tucson and I remembered that me and my friends used to order papa John’s and enjoyed it quite a bit. After trying a few other pizza parlors I found myself a online COUPON, opened up my internet browser and made a custom order (they have an awsome website). The staff handled my custom website order quick and efficently providing me with the extra garlic sauce that I ordered(it’s the bomb)! Upon receiving my pizza in around a half hour from ordeing(on a Friday!)I dug right in! I was really impressed with the quality of the pizza the dough is soft and very high quality tasting and the sauces and cheeses are pretty darn good as well! So I would have to say that I now have a new favorite pizza parlor here in Tucson and it’s a chain restaurant to boot, ! Not that there’s anything wrong with chains I just Dident expect my FAVORITE pizza to come from one. So needless to say Papa johns has quickly cooked and delivered, high-quality pizza’s for one and all everyone to enjoy!! I would highly reccomend papa John’s for your pizza needs! I give them a very easy 5 * review, based on my recent orders from them(I never rate on just one item). I would have to say that I was highly satisfied, very full and extreamly happy with the speed and quality of my order!!, give `em a shot with your order I’m sure you’ll like papa John’s for your pizza needs!!!

This store has serious evening staffing issues. On 12/2/22, I went to get a prepaid order. I arrived 5-minutes after that estimated pick up time. When I pulled into the parking lot, two employees were outside. One was smoking something and the other using a vape inhale device. They both returned inside. I then entered and asked for my order. There were 5-6 staff on-duty, including a manager, all laughing and just standing around. The clerk then informed me that he was “too busy” to get to my order and that I’ll have to wait 20-minutes. A couple staff members laughed at his remarks. I then existed the store and went home without my food. Will request a refund with Papa Johns corporate soon. Sad commentary on this place. Get your pizza from another establishment. Don’t waste your time here.

It was good, but not very warm so we reheated slice in the mw. Microwave is not good for pizzas I would like to ask people when they write a review to identify which store they ordered from. The review would make a big difference for certain stores, but not much for others…..especially the ones you’ve rated as poor.

I live close by so I’ve ordered from them many times over the past couple of years. Sad to give this rating because I’ve had one or two good experiences, but the bad times are just SO BAD. Pizza is chronically undercooked, and choosing “Well Done” on the order page doesn’t make it any better. Usually the pizza is okay on the day it’s delivered but leftovers are nasty – which is weird for pizza! They don’t follow delivery instructions and their “curbside pickup” option is a farce. Choose the option when placing the order, then there’s no way to check in once you arrive. When I first moved to Tucson I would order from PJs a few times a month, but I guess I have to move on.

Both the manager and employees were completely rude when they “upgraded” our pizza with stuffed crust and a missing topping when that is not at all what we ordered. We called and the employee answered, told us we would have to wait 24 hours for a new pizza. And we called again to speak to the manager, who also made excuses. Worst costumer service ever and on top of that the food was cold. Date was June 5th, at around 830pm.
