I had the most terrible experience at this place I will never be going back here again I get my food and everything seems fine until I open my chicken sandwich up and find mold on it not to mention I did take a bite hopefully I’m good and customer service was terrible I was hung up on after mentioning the mold being on my sandwich and I had to come back to the restaurant and tell them in person but I do not recommend this place to anyone DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I had placed a mobile order here a couple weeks ago and the customer service here was absolutely terrible! They have lost my business completely. Staff was VERY rude with an attitude for absolutely no reason. I won’t be spending money here or at any Wendy’s for that matter, because the service I received was so uncalled for.

I go out of my way to come to this Wendy’s for lunch. They have the best and most consistently fresh and hot food; whether it’s slow or slammed. I see the same staff regularly so management is doing something very right by keeping these wonderful people! I love the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and every single time it’s made perfect. Best Wendy’s in the Twin Cities.

This location has lost my business moving forward and I was a fairly regular customer. I have been experiencing worse and worse customer service from this location and tonight was the worst yet. Tonight in the drive thru i waited almost 5 minutes to even be acknowledged then heard “hello, how can I help you” but before I could say anything they started talking to someone else (inside) and this happened 3 times. After that, I attempted to use a coupon (82) that was for 6 free chicken nuggets with any purchase. At first the screen showed 2 orders of nuggets plus my $6 biggie bag and i was told my total was over $10 – when I asked why, the screen with the pricing went away. I asked multiple times, and the man taking my order continued to say the only way to use the coupon was to charge me for the “FREE” nuggets…. I asked how that made them “FREE” and all I got was “this is the only way to do it.” When I asked, if I was being charged “$4+ for tax and the man said, “Ma’am I am not sure what to tell you.” I ended up leaving, with no food and a horrible experience. This was at 9:45pm on 6/20/2023.

They could not hold my phone to the google pay reader properly and i ended up having to leave after about near ten mins inline for a 5 dollar meal, manager was god aweful to me basicly accusing me of turning my check card off, give me the meal and apologize for your cashiers unability to wave my phone over the device properly

Usually, I have excellent food from here, but not tonight. My fries were old and poor quality, my lemonade had no ice (seriously!?), and my Pretzel Pub Bacon Chicken had no bacon or beer cheese sauce. I am very disappointed with my dining experience and will have to reconsider visiting if things don’t improve greatly.

The burgers I received were pink and undone. When I called about it I was told that the burger was good when it is undercooked by Daniela. When I requested a refund because I had to throw away the burgers I was told they could remake it. Why would I want to have you remake and undercook my food again? I guess they have never heard of food poisoning. Not to mention it took 20+ minutes to get the food in drive thru. I was told to follow up with general manager on Monday. I call Monday and the guy who answers as soon as I said I wanted a refund started playing games and said that he didn’t know when the manager will be in started acting like he couldn’t speak English and laughing at me. So I called again today and when I did speak to the manager I was told they can’t refund me my money after all of that. I tried to call corporate and got no where with that. If you want good quality food don’t go here. The staff is rude and the food is undercooked. I will never go to a Wendy’s ever again.

I ordered via the mobile app and went in during the time requested they said they didn’t see the order come in and first told me that I was in the wrong location after determining that I was in the correct location they refused to just make me the food even though I showed them my receipt and also bank statement I will never go back to Wendy’s ever again
