This is the worst ran little Caesar’s. Ordered online so I cld avoid the 30-40 minute wait it usually is and low and behold my pick up time was 6:02 and I wasn’t able to walk out with my burnt hot and ready at 6:18

You get what you pay for…or even less. A ad for a Little Caesars pretzel crust pizza ad popped up on a website. The photograph looked appetizing and one of my favorite gastropubs has pretzel bun hotdogs, so I took a flier, not expecting much since…well, you know. This business failed to reach even my already diminished expectations. Even though the pizza was not ready when I arrived and it only took 10 minutes for me to get it home, the crust was a soupy, soggy mess and the pretzel crust was a complete non-event. It had salt all over it, which is an interesting and questionable culinary choice considering that it was a pepperoni slice and pepperoni is already salty. My wife looked at it and asked me if I ordered extra cheese, which sounds like a good value, except I wanted some pizza crust under all that cheese. My wife and kids clowned me for even bothering to order from there, that’s how poor the reputation for quality is. I gave it two stars instead of one because if you’re starving it’s probably better than nothing. Suggestions for management: make appetizing food. Pizza is NOT that difficult.

This location never has pizza ready. I have been at all times if the day. When they first open. When it’s lunch time. Dinner time and when they about to close. I had went inside and waited for someone to come to the front. By that time I had downloaded the app and placed an order before someone even came to the front to help me. They need to shut this location down.

What happened? I really enjoyed a delicious deep dish from Little Caesar’s but this last one was more similar to a high school cafeteria round pizza. A great deep dish has the perfect dough and crunch on the edges. This one just had a lot of dough. When we asked about the strange shape, the employee said”that this is how we make them.” We then showed them their advertised picture and they kept with “that’s how we bake it.” We also got a thin crust (really a regular pizza) with half cheese and half pepperoni. That was better, but a little oily. However, I liked the cheese pizza with the Italian seasoning on top. Another issue is the inside of the restaurant was dirty. I want this place to succeed, but management needs to step up their game, train their employees, and pay them better. I would be willing to pay more for a better pizza experience. Detroit would be disappointed.

I had never seen a pizza so bad ” freshly made ” or reheated it looks so ugly it was dry with almost no cheese , ham and pineapple . The way it looked was the taste, really this store is very bad I do not recommend it

On top of a very poor product presentation, the cheese was spoiled. It seems like they mixed old and new ingredients. I took the product back to the store for proof, and the manager offered me a new pizza or a refund for only the rotten product. It seems like these young managers have no shame. No apologies at all, never coming back to that place.
