The restaurant seems very sterile. Almost like the cafeteria at a hospital. The food was of really good quality though and the service was not fast paced, but steadily moved forward and didn’t take forever.

Honestly, I’m done with Panda Express. 2 nights in a row. 2 different locations. I’ve come in over a half hour before close, and they are already almost completely broken down for the night. This time, I said something about wasting my time, and the employee there responded, “It’s 30 minutes to close, man.” Why wouldn’t you start breaking down the kitchen at 9 then? I spend my time coming down to somewhere. I think I have a full menu, and at 2 different locations, I’m told this is what we got. I’ve got a family of 5 and it’s very upsetting when I’m expecting to be able to get what I need but have to turn around and figure something else out because none of these locations are managed properly. Whoever is the regional manager for chandler is really missing the bar.

Panda is always pretty good. I hadn’t been there in a while so I decided to go for dinner today. I got the kung pao chicken and may I just say, I DO NOT remember it being that hot . It was almost to the point where it was inedible. I don’t think I will be getting that again anytime soon.

I like Panda The food is good not great but very good. We often stopped at Panda on our way to Sporting events. The service is always fast. The prices very reasonable . Orange chicken is a favorite. A 2 item w white rice fills us up for way less than inside the venue. A soda to share is all we need. Everything they make is good and store to store it is the same. The 1 item bowl is another great choice. enjoy!

I have the most Pleasant time ordering food from this specific Panda Express . All of the staff is wonderful, they all have nice big smiles ! The real star of the show is Xavier he will step in and help customers even if he’s on his break. I come here everyday because they treat the customers like family. Great food overall

Just did an online order from this location. My daughter picked it up and when she got home we realized they forgot an entire meal from our order!! On top of that the order was not ready when they said it would be. The last time we ordered from this location I picked up the order and it was not ready when they said it would be. I was watching them finish the order and the person working left off one of the items from the plate order. I checked before I left and they fixed it before I drove all the way home. Train your people better management!!! It is literally their job to give people the food they ordered. I gave 2 stars instead of one because the kid felt bad and gave me a coupon for a complementary meal.

Customer service and manger are rude and also we got food poisoning from there stay away from this location go to Arizona ave ocotillo location alot better there found a few items not cooked. So watch out !!!

They forgot part of my order and when I went back they gave me a little container of the missing item, no offer for fresh rice, no apology or anything and the Rangoon s were undercooked. Food has gone down hill slowly at this location. Use to be much better a year ago.
