I have never called out an employee before, but Robert took 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. We watched an employee leave on their lunch break, come back, and then catch up to Robert with the three people behind us, and we HAD NOT even gotten to the cashier yet. I’ve never waited this long for a sandwich, they weren’t busy and he was just taking his sweet time. I could have sat down at a restaurant and gotten better food in a faster time, higher quality, and better prices.

Slowest person ever made my sandwich. Was not made right even with me standing there. I said no mayo and he put it on anyway. I asked him to make me a new sandwich as I am allergic to mayo and he said no all I can do is scrape it off. I must admit I walked out without the sandwich and did not pay for it. Why should I pay for something that makes me sick and not made as ordered. Will not ever go back!

Yesterday we stopped and got a couple subs, the shop was alarmingly under staffed, the gentleman was very professional, calm and courteous, we enjoyed our subway as always, but kudos to your employee for handling his shift professionally.

I went in with my son tonight and the gentleman with the blonde hair that helped us was amazing. Best customer service I have had in a long time. He was very friendly and helpful. If he is not a manager, he should be and give him a raise. He made our experience there fantastic.

The customer service was okay to start off with. Tyler seemed to know what he was doing. However he did move very slow, extremely slow, no sense of urgency as the line was forming. We ordered the sub of the day, which was made incorrectly. Then before we were checking out, Tyler couldn’t fold the sandwich so he was sticking his fingers inside the sandwich and moving around the ingredients. Our sandwich was good, however missing the bacon. When I called to let them know the order was made wrong tyler told me I needed to call back in 5 minutes to speak with John. When I called back and spoke with John, John stated ” if the sandwich was made recently I heard them order a rotisserie chicken. ” to which I responded ” well we actually ordered the sub of the day. Which is what we were charged for.” John continued ” just come in and ill give you the bacon, it’s the same price with or without the bacon, so just come in and I’ll give you the bacon.” I said ” oh okay. ” John said ” just come in and I’ll give you the bacon.” I said ” okay thank you ” John hung up the phone. There was no customer service, no apology, no offer to correct the sandwich being made incorrectly, and no sincerity. Empathy is huge for customer service, there was just nothing. I already was shocked that the price for the sub of the day is now 11.65 after tax and then there is no customer service? What the heck!? I just don’t want to go back. I feel like I will get judged or yelled at if I do, because of John’s response. So thank you lunch subway but I think ill try a different location next time. Sad.

my time and the employees time wasted, the young lady made my sandwich and had great customer service but all of our time was wasted when she rang my order up it came up to 40$ and she was not allow to take my 50$ bill. I think that’s absurd and really ridiculous. Management really need to re think that when 2 sandwich combos is about 40$ and you can’t take a 50$ bill.

Bad customer service. The big guy with the word Bold on his tshirt was So Rude. He makes you tell him every last thing you want on the sandwich before he makes it and then just throws it all on there in a completely random order, this confused us so much we forgot about parmesan cheese, we told him an he just put it on top of the lettuce. We got called weird by him because we had to repeat every item we wanted on the sandwich a second time for him to understand. My mother an I were ordering a meatball sub- extra messy mind you- and when we were done we were a mess an he only gave us 2 napkins so we went up to ask for more and he gave us just 2 more- I asked “can we have more then that? He said “we’re only allowed to give a certain amount to each customer. I said “well we really need more please” an he just stood there and stared at us. I could not believe it we were still a mess and now very irritated and we left very unhappy.

The guy in the pic decided to make his personal sandwich before mine since he was leaving in 15 minutes. The tall guy looked at me and said he had to make DoorDash sandwiches first since they already paid. Absolutely rude so I left.

Worst Subway I ever went to. The tall guy working there was loud and rude. The wall color/lighting is unflattering. At the Northpoint Walmart, the Subway there had darker walls, darker color tables and dimmed lights to set the mood for a tasteful meal and staff is super friendly. You will see nothing like that here. Terrible attitude and unforgiving color scheme/space arrangement. Prepare for a bad experience if you dare go in.

App said pick up February 2 I go in store employee ( find out later manager John) did not have the sandwichs, refused to look up order, refused to help, refused to provide my info to store area manager, or to the owner Teri. I spent $20 and received poor attitude and no assistance just attitude.
