I placed an online order for pickup. I ordered a mocha frappe, when I tasted it, it had a strawberry taste. I’m not sure if they put strawberry shake mix in or something was expired. I called to notify the store and Joyce answered the phone. She was very rude and immediately told me there’s no way that could have happened, I offered to bring the frappe back and she and hung up.

Service isn’t terrible but it’s not great either. Food is usually quick when it’s not slammed. And this McDonald’s is in a Walmart so understand how busy that will get at times. Your best bet is to use the McDonald’s app you will be in and out like the burger in California that we will never see here in Florida. Peace fam till next time.

Everytime me and my family go to McDonald’s it doesn’t matter which one there is always a problem. They call the police on us because they get our simple order wrong everytime so we don’t leave the window to park and wait longer for just a happy meal. The employees are incompetent you tell them the order they repeat it back you and still get it wrong. McDonald’s is trash

Normally not the type to leave a review but thought the management/owner should be made aware of what’s going on at their store at night . So normally when I come to this store at night one a few workers are actually working while the rest are just standing around line always takes longer then other McDonald’s probably for this reason have enough to get quick service just the workers are not working. But tonight I saw something that I would be embarrassed of if I was the management not sure of the situation that was happening but there were a bunch of cops out front and a young lady getting taken away in an ambulance with some kind of injuries while the cops were out front right at the front counter the majority of the crew minus one or two workers were taking picture in uniform throwing up middle fingers and laughing and celebrating over the cops being there I would be personal embarrassed to have my crew doing such thing expecially in plain view of customers and social media. Like I said just thought management should be aware of the type of workers they have on there night crew because clearly they are unaware of I don’t think it would be allowed new management is clearly needed at night

As a doordash and ubereats driver and customer this location never start your order until the driver standing there. Which is very frustrating because we on a timeline and wasting time at the store while is not busy make the trip don’t worth it. Don’t use the app to order ahead from this location. I waited 25 minutes after arriving. I’m 10 minutes away, so it took 35 minutes for them to put my order together. The manager was standing there saying how they need fries and shakes but didn’t move at all to help with either.
