I love chipotle so much but I don’t understand how every time I go there my guac manages to either have chunks of sliced avocado unmashed yet or the literal avocado pit in there, which in the picture you can see both. There was no line and all I ordered was chips, guac and queso, I’m really sad with the blatant disregard.

Placed a mobile order. Got home with the order to find that my salad literally had 1 piece if lettuce. When I pay $11 for a salad it would be nice to have salad in it. Try to call the store and it is impossible to get a person.

Horrible experience. I received the wrong order that I wasn’t aware of until I got home. I immediately called the restaurant which was hard to even figure out how to speak to a live person. Then I was told a manager would call back. So, I waited for about a week with nothing. Then I called 1800chipotle and they said they could no longer help because I didn’t keep the receipt a week later. They obviously don’t care to correct things. We’ll never be going there again. If you do, make sure to keep your receipt.

I had maybe 3 small pieces of chicken in my bowl, they forgot the queso I paid extra for. My food was obviously made way before the pickup time since it was cold when I opened it and I wasn’t late. Im not one to complain but I’ve ordered here 6 times my foods been wrong 3 of those 6.

Store is loud and they ignore customer complaints, they ask for extra money to fill half a plate. The food would be good if they could actually make guacamole but it’s never blended well enough because they use unripe avocado. Ordered a chicken burrito bowl. The food was great. I ordered online for pick up. The pick up was supposed to be at 12pm. I got there 12:05pm. My food wasn’t on the pick up shelf. And the cup wasn’t with it for my drink. But the staff person was very friendly and grabbed my cup quickly and apologized for the inconvenience. They probably just got busy whole preparing my order. The restaurant was very clean and everyone seemed to be very nice. I will be going back again.

The food is as the best fast food. It has healthy options which is nice. I love the way the food taste. Its not a lot of options. But its enough to satify. The service is solid. It’s only kinda if they got new people serving which happens here and there. The atmosphere is cool. Not too loud. Sitting outside is kinda nice as well.

If I could give negative stars I would. Every time I ask for sour cream on my door dash order, they drown my burrito bowl in it. They also give you the fatty scraps that nobody else wants to eat. Disappointing to say the least.
