Absolutely horrible!!! Do not eat here!! Ordered in store for take out. Long wait. Staff at drive thru window kept talking on her cell phone. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Once home I opened the container for Cole slaw and vomited! Smelled like horrible spoiled milk and had a yellow color to it. Chicken breast meal only has one side in the box. Biscuits are hard as a rock!!! Chicken pot pie is runny like water and cold. Attempted to call the store 4 times and the phone keeps disconnecting. I’ll call corporate to get my money back. Keep raising prices and the food and service get worse. Ridiculous!!!

Staff couldn’t find a piece of chicken if it flew in their faces. Heard “waiting for fries” for 20 minutes. Chix nuggets were not hot or crispy. Not just me but 3 other people waiting were not pleased with service. Probably never going back.

Paid $43 and didn’t get anything the way I ordered it. Original was supposed to be crispy. Was told had to wait 4 minutes ended up waiting 20 for biscuits that looked like they were stepped on. They forgot to give my change from $60. Didn’t give us the ranch we paid extra for. All the food was mixed up in the wrong boxes. They didn’t give us any utensils. No napkins. No condiments. Then was told they didn’t even know about our order.

Well my order was wrong first. Next joy the manager refused to replace my food after she picked up a piece of chicken from the bucket and then wanted to give it back to me I asked for the whole bucket to now be replaced cause he hand was in the chicken she refused again and yelled that she only touched the one piece and and again I asked for my chicken to be replaced she continued to argue with me and the situation escalated when she should have just replaced the chicken as the customer service representative said Also I called later to tell joy I got my full refund and after I hung up this crazy lady calls my phone and continued to talk nasty

I am extremely disappointed as I can imagine any person who got the wrong order would be it’s inconvenient and unsatisfactory to have to return to a store where you purchased some thing because they couldn’t get it correct the first time. you go through the drive-through to avoid the time because it’s convenient and most of the time because you are on the go or in a rush. I came through ordered. It was incorrect. I had to come back obviously upset because I was short on time only to argue with what appears to be the manager, which seems very unprofessional about the whole situation and ends up, refusing to sell me the rest of my order, and then refuses to give me their name. When they were in the wrong for not giving me what I asked the first time, and then repeating to me the order correctly, but still giving it to me incorrectly.

Each and every time I go to a KFC I have to wait for 30 minutes or more. I really don’t know why they are so bad at the service anymore. I use to love coming to this place but lately it’s just taking way too long. I seriously hope that they get better otherwise I will have to go to CHURCH’S CHICKEN and try them. Maybe I will anyway.
