This place used to be TERRIBLE! But I have to say they have really gotten so much better. Most of the time, your food is hot and fresh. You don’t typically have to wait too long even if there is a line. And the people that work there look like people you wouldn’t mind handling your food. If only their milkshakes weren’t so expensive!

I just went through the drive thru heading to my kids practice and got us food every thing about my order was wrong! Worst experience there ever first we were supposed to have meals two of those were not made meals then we added cheddar to those that were supposed to be meals and got a dang regular piece of cheese on our roast beef left off drinks no sauce for our buffalo wings

I was at this Arby’s the day before as well and it was awesome…..but, today I went and I didn’t have the same experience. They were out of roast beef and turkey, which really limits the choices. I was going to just leave, but I gave the chicken bacon ranch a chance, unfortunately I got the wrong sandwich , it had honey mustard and I asked for no lettuce and it had lettuce. I wasn’t going to really complain about the roast beef and turkey issue, but not getting the right sandwich opened the door. Orange cream milkshake was awesome again, but not enough to overcome their issues.

Food and service are what you’d expect for Arby’s, but I’d recommend double checking your drive through order before leaving because my family goes here fairly often and close to 10% of the time they’ve either forgotten something or (less frequently), have given us an incorrect item altogether. They’ve always been good about fixing the mix up, but the inconvenience of having to go through again, or worse yet, if you’ve trusted them to get it right and unknowingly hit the road again can be frustrating.
