It’s quite modernized Italian restaurant. Not only the decorations but also dishes. We tried scallops and tuna as appetizers. Both are very fresh and good. Scallop has a tiny pepper and a green leaf on the top. Those help remove the fish smell. Tuna was super good! It goes well with the egg yolks so well. Pork belly was very crispy but very soft inside. Interesting with their sauce. For my baby we had a butter pasta. Simple ingredients so how they cook the noodles are important. My little person quite enjoyed it. I got fungi pasta and my hubby got some green pistachio topping pasta. Fungi’s mushroom was chewy. A little bit of spicy and creamy sauce are perfect with the texture of fettuccine , mushrooms.

Came here with a reservation for 3 on a Wednesday night at 6:45pm. Parking may be a little hard so be sure to leave a little earlier for parking time.

Something I repeatedly say to a dwindling pool of people who’ll listen is that I wish online reviews were normalized around 3 stars within their price ranges, instead of everything below 5 stars being seen as deeply flawed. I’d love to reserve 5 star reviews for restaurants (and Uber drivers) that are truly exceptional instead of feeling obligated to give everything 5 stars — ideally, 3 stars would mean a place is good/average, and having a 4 star average review would be a tremendous point of pride rather than a sign that you Shouldn’t eat at a restaurant.

Absolutely delicious! Best Italian I’ve had in SF. Beats flour and water and others. The halibut crudo was delicious, as were each of the three pastas we had: the Cacio e Pepe, the sea urchin spaghetti, and the corn and hen of the woods stuffed pasta. Each one was incredible! For 2 we had 1 crudo and 3 pastas and the astounding buttermilk gelato with roasted peaches. Truly fantastic – great date night ambiance and knowledgeable service

We enjoyed the food but asked to take the leftover focaccia bread and the anchovy dipping oil to go.

Absolutely loved the crudo tasting menu, corn agnolotti pasta and the pannacotta. Mafaldine and the sorbet are skippable

Itria is known for their crudos and pastas so we were pretty excited to try it. Their menu has an option between chef’s choice and a la carte. Why are a lot of restaurants offering chef choice nowadays anyway? We ordered their bluefin tuna tartare and their spaghetti with sea urchin. The bluefin tuna tartare was on the small side but we did like how the corn and popcorn added to the dish. Unfortunately, we were disappointed about the spaghetti with sea urchin. The texture and quality of the pasta itself was great but we didn’t get any sea urchin. I’m guessing it was mixed into the sauce because you can kinda get a hint of it in the aftertaste. That or we were trying to convince ourselves that was the case because the meal was $34. Im used to seeing some solid form of sea urchin on the dish but yeah.. this was disappointing.

Just finished dining at Itria and what an amazing experience! Very calming interior, host and staff were lovely and made great recommendations. The food was superb. We had the lettuces, frittata squash, and three pastas. We were recommended 5-6 dishes, but I think that assumes one crudo so we could have done with only 4 for two people. I’d love to come back and highly recommend it!

One of the best meals I’ve had in recent memory! I came here with a friend & we were lucky to get a table at the bar since it was so busy. It’s always hard to me to choose what to eat so I was super excited when I saw the tasting menu. We went with that and the wine pairing which surprisingly lots of food, a bunch of crudos & 3 delicious pastas. My fav was the dessert. Phenomenal.
