I don’t even know where to start with this honestly. I’ve always been a fan of dunkin and was so excited when they came to benton harbor. Unfortunately I’ve given this place 4 or 5 seperate chances. Each time hoping it was just a stressful day or new employees. But after seeing the exact same employees each time and having the same experience… I am at wits end.

If I was able to give this place a negative star, I absolutely would. Buying coffee should not be stressful. When I met the cashier at the counter, I spoke to her and said hello how are you and she literally ignored me and asked for my order. I placed my order and I witnessed the employee fill my cup with ice all the way to the top and when I asked for less ice, they told me they had to charge me a dollar. Save your money and go to Bigsby’s; I’ve never been disappointed there. I will never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever!

The owner was really rude and I can’t believe he’s still in business. He gave a lady the wrong food and when she gave it back, the rightful owner claimed it. She told him she still.wanted to order a sandwich to which his reply was he doesn’t need this and doesn’t know why he was down with people for this day and forced her to take a refund. He denied 2 little kids, using the bathroom because it’s not a service he offers to non customers. I almost offer to buy them donuts just so they can use the bathroom. He is really rude to customers and really doesn’t see himself as doing anything wrong. It’s to much to write, but he has a high turn over of employees as well. Not everyone sees this side of him especially other business owners, just employees and customers.

Where to begin… the place is clean, the products are excellent, much love there. But otherwise… nothing but issues… they gave my friend a chorizo egg wrap after he asked for a vegetarian option… then offered him two pcs of avocado toast and tried to charge him the price difference… and the madness with the bathroom key, like, please get over yourself and let someone use the bathroom if they’re in the process of ordering, just using the giant key stick feels weird enough.

I was reading few reviews before me. I honestly don’t know why people act “SO ENTITLED “? They are here working hard keeping bathrooms clean not for community service it is a FOR PROFIT BUSINESS. I see people have problem in paying $1.69 for a donut and driving EV cars. Buddy then good luck there is gas station next door. I will take this store and bathroom cleanliness over anything and everything.

They take a VERY hard line stance on you may not use the bathroom until you place your order at this location. It was only my family and one other customer in the store while we were there. They would not give me the key to the bathroom while my husband ordered we had to place our order first.
