So I got 2 party boxes, even paid a 18 percent tip, and this is what I get: pizza sticking to the box, pizza not having marinara sauce when it’s supposed to, barely any sauce on the wings, no dipping sauce for the bread sticks or cheese bread, and I don’t even get a survey code on my receipt. Worse part of it is I paid about $90 and didn’t get that level of quality I expected.

Ordered pizza, had one simple request and it was completely ignored. Pizza undercooked, toppings uneven and just tossed on it like it was rushed. Cheese pizza was missing cheese on a quarter of the pizza. Tried to call, someone hangs up after the auto answer. Could not reach a human. Sent an email to corporate and they said someone would reach out in 2-3 days, and nothing from that store. Sad experience

Got a pizza Tonight and realize they obviously made a pizza earlier and when someone order they add your toppings and reinsert it back into the oven. It is not fresh when you order and basically pre made and get burnt all over again. My pizza is hard to eat and burnt. Wish I would have read the reviews. My first time getting pizza here and I won’t ever again

Kyle and his staff are great. Door dash totally messed up an order and Kyle remedied the situation with ease despite my hangry behavior haha. Top notch service would definitely recommend carry out for the best experience as door dash is garbage. BRING BACK THE STORE DELIVERY DRIVERS

If it was my choice it’ll be zero stars. I ordered pasta, brad sticks and cinnamon sticks. Bread sticks never came, no icing cor sticks and pasta was cold with no utensils. I called many times. The store doesn’t have a phone so I called corporate they give the the run around. I go up there the guy refunds my money. But a month later it’s not on my card. I went back same guy says it’s pending. Talk to my back. I did. Nothing pending. Now this morning the store has a phone. But the worker Michael doesn’t want to give the correct info to the gm lady. So tired of the back and forth. Pizza hut gotta step up. Never waited so long for a refund for something that wasn’t even edible or given smh

Was told to call customer service and customer service told me they can submit a ticket and to talk with the store to see what they can do. Worst service ever! This is the worst Pizza Hut in the last year. They used to be good. Sometimes you would have to wait but that’s ok. Now you can’t get the right food delivered to your house to save your life. To top it all off if they do mess up your order they just won’t answer the phone so they don’t have to hear it and or refund your money. This store is basically stealing from its customers. I can’t get a refund for the wrong order I received in December or the one from today. Guess I shouldn’t have given it another try.

Super Bowl Sunday, so I know they are packed. But completely brought me the wrong order. Ain’t mad since I’m just one person but they are about to screw over a whole family deal because they won’t answer the phone. And they wonder why nobody wants to pay them over minimum wage. Doordash needs to change the store they use from Tempe because looking at the reviews they mess up a lot.
