One of the best dining experiences Ive ever had! We did the 10 course chefs table option and it was basically impossible to pick a favorite because each course was so unique and so delicious! Chef Mike was fantastic and a joy to be around and Maddy the pastry chef made some other worldly dessert that I had to slow down to savor! Now that I know its there an will have new menu items monthly I will definitely be back!

Doshi was lovely. A different take on the chef’s table. I do find the atmosphere a little noisy as it’s is in the main dining area. It takes away from the elegance.

Doshi is one of the most unique fine dining experience in Orlando so far. If you’re expecting authentic Korean dishes, you’re not getting that here (not sorry). This place went and up their game by taking inspiration from Korean culture, utilize Korean ingredients, and combine it with creative cooking technique to make a very interesting chef’s counter experience. They even theme their menu and switch it up seasonally. Their current theme is a 10-course tasting menu inspired by Korean street food from Seoul, Busan, and Jeju island. If you like trying new food, this place is 100% for you.

Went to Doshi for the pre fixe menu. We were provided a few banchan items: kimchi, cucumbers, and green tomatoes. Overall, the food was good but not mind blowing-ly so; hence the 4 instead if 5 star rating. I would come back to cherry pick a few items off the menu next time rather than the pre fixe option, for the price. The oysters, salmon crudo, and octopus were stand outs – so basically anything sea food forward.

We’ve heard nothing but great things about this place so we had to give it a try. It certainly did not disappoint. What a fun experience amazing food, very friendly and knowledgeable chef. We had the 10 course experience so go hungry. They also have a seven course as well as an à la carte menu. We will be back for sure.

Had Doshi for dinner a few nights ago. I was able to snag last minute reservations for the dining room. Service was absolutely outstanding from the minute doors opened to the minute we left (literally they held the doors while everyone thanked us for dining with them). My honey had a few beers, and I had the barley tea (so good and nostalgic). We had the hamachi, tteokbokki, scallops, and wagyu. Ended the day with yuja (yuzu) pound cake. Their complimentary sparkling water and banchans were a really nice touch as well! One of our top favorite dining experiences in Orlando!

Truly speechless. I was beyond let down. Flavorless, uninspired. Looks better than it tastes. When I thought the starters were mid-tier, I should’ve stopped. Unfortunately, I got the tofu – which even with the sauce was blander than plain tofu. A waste of money. I will say, the service was excellent, but it is overshadowed by nasty food. Do better.

One of the most unique experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend the 10 course chefs counter over the 6 course table. Everything was paired perfectly with different textures and flavors. The chef explains everything you’re going to eat and how you should eat it. My favorite was the amuse and the crudo, but everything is fantastic. Well done Doshi!

The best meal we’ve ever had. Maybe when I’m more properly motivated I’ll write more about it, but for now let the photos suffice
