So disappointing. We did not have super high expectations but I felt like a bait & switch when they brought out my “Nashville hot chicken gourmet mac & cheese”. It was unseasoned chicken that was cool to the touch. I would only recommend that dish to my enemies. Also around our table the Baja tacos were a letdown. But the servers were really nice and friendly which is a silver lining!

We came back here after visiting a few years back. Was kind of disappointed in our food and especially the service. I’m hoping our server was having an off day because she definitely wasn’t into providing the kind of service I would think you want in your restaurant. I am not the type to complain about meals and if she had even stopped by to ask how our meal was, we would have explained that a couple of the meals were not prepared well. She wasn’t very engaging with us at the table and it should have shown in her tip, but I gave her more than enough for her efforts. I have been in retail sales for close to 20 years and customer service is a priority at my company. We take it very seriously because we are the front line to our business. If we fail when the customer walks in, no matter the product we sell, being merchandise or meals, people will shop elsewhere. I am sure that you would agree and I hope that you would take measures to train and instill that in all your employees. We all have bad days and I hope this was just one of them. I am sorry to have to leave such a review as this and hope that things change for the better.

The food was pretty mediocre and was served cold on top of that because it sat in the kitchen for at least 45 minutes before we got it. Our plates were extremely hot and the food was super cold, which means it was ready and just sat in the kitchen. Our server, Christine, was terrible, zero personality, I’m not sure if she was in a bad mood or if not providing friendly service is just her thing. We had eaten in this restaurant a few years back and enjoyed it, which is why we returned, but today was terrible, it has really gone downhill. It was a nice looking restaurant, but that’s about all it had going for it.

After sitting at the bar across the street and being entirely ignored for 10 minutes, we decided to walk over to Craggy Range. Even though they were super busy for a Thursday afternoon, we definitely made the right choice! I will compare every fish sandwich to their angler sandwich from now on. The service was fast and the bartenders were honest about drink and food options which we always appreciate!! Thanks for a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Our food experience here was mixed. On one hand, their Cajun Alfredo pasta was fantastic. The dish features grilled chicken and spicy andouille sausage bathed in a rich creamy white sauce. Delicious! On the other hand, the fries that came with our burger were super old and dry – possibly because we arrived towards the end of the evening. Regardless, the fries were inedible and should never have been served.

To start, the server Christine had absolutely no personality. I was hoping good service could pick up for her lacking personality but she was an awful with her service as well. It took over an hour for the food to come out and it was terrible. One meal came out wrong. No refills given. And then Christine stared at us while we selected how much we wanted to tip. The worst server I’ve ever had in my life.
