This is the third time I’ve stopped by here and Manager “Renee” told me that my order would be 55mins to a hr There’s no other customers in the store. But reading a text message off his personal phone of a order personal order someone texted him to one of the helpers. Very poor customer service. I wish Corporate would look at cameras between 2:45pm -3:04pm. Only customer in store (green shirt). Only reason I put a star is because it wouldn’t let me move forward and the AC was on….

I’ve been coming to this location for the longest and I always get the lemon pepper sandwich. I don’t eat potatoes. Knowing the sandwich has NO type of moist inside I always have a ranch in my bag. Well today the MANAGER ….. decided to charge me $1.80, I told him no thank u nd went next door to KFC and received 2 free ranches.

Went here on Sunday March 12th. Went here around 10pm. My food was cold and the fries were soggy by the time I made it home. After eating the chicken I woke up a couple of hours later feeling very nauseous. Went to work the next day and I have been throwing up ever since. My doctor said I received food poisoning. The chicken was either old, not clean, or the grease was very old. The entire experience was terrible! I am still sick and have not been able to go to work on Monday or today Tuesday. I have been throwing everything up ever since going here. Not able to keep anything down. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!!

Got 2 orders of fries with wings and the fries were burnt and tasted weird. I don’t understand how they see the fries burned and still decide it’s okay to give them out to customers. We had to throw them away.

The main issue with this location is the lack of priority, example when you dine in the online orders come out first I was told that it was gonna be an hour wait and I was the only customer there?? Note to this rude establishment get someone that will run the store efficiently and respectfully do not push away customers because your incompetence everyone matters. Prioritize your employees have one caring to the customers that want the dine in experience and the others to take care of all the online orders, set the example and lead.
