I’m honestly not even sure why this product was sent out the door. Just got home after a long night and stopped in and this is what I get. Not even a sauce. Looks and tastes like the fries have been sitting awhile. Highly disappointed.

I would give a decent rating but my bun to my chicken sandwich was totally burnt!!! It was gross! How can you burn a bun till it’s black on the inside?! It was a major disappointment. First time eating their sandwiches.

I’m giving this place a 1 star review for the simple fact I drove all the way home to turn around and come back because some of my order was missing. All I got was a sorry about that. A free order of fried pickles might’ve been worth my time driving all the way back to get the ones I originally paid for. Not sure if I’ll be back to this Zaxbys, probably not

I had a simple drive-thru order. They asked me to pull over to the dead and they would bring it right out. After 10 minutes, I asked a kid who was running someone else’s order out what was going on, and he said he would check. After 16 minutes I went inside. A couple of minutes later a woman came around with my order. 18 minutes wait. Sheesh.

I know it’s corny, but if I could leave less than 1 star I would. I worked at this location years ago, and can say that it has definitely gone downhill. Yes, that’s exactly what this box came out of the drive thru this way. No shaking or anything from the window. It was set in the seat, and I pulled into a spot to eat. 1 tender didn’t even make it on the same side of the box. And the fries… the fries were Luke warm at best, and from my best guess had been sitting for over 30 minutes. No seasoning at all. I don’t know if they forgot, or just said screw it.and the portion sizes. I think back when I was working there it was roughly 5.5oz measured ever time. I could be off, but that’s what I remember. Measure it every time. I remember that being beat into us regardless. It would be enough to fill up both little pockets in the back, not whatever they had put in there. Meal wasn’t the best at all. Also had an extra top bun, probably from where they put Zac sauce on a bottom and realized it was no zacs. Best part of the meal was the poorly mixed sprite, and largish pellet ice I got to crunch on as I drove home to wallow in the sadness… hell I’d recommend a trip to McDonald’s first. 10 dollars for this is pitiful.

So I eat here almost every week day for lunch. Don’t get me wrong the food is fantastic but one of the main reasons I eat here is because of the way they treat me. They know my order as soon as they hear my voice and they always go above and beyond to make my food perfect and to treat me like I’m a special customer! They are incredible hands down and I will keep going back! I’m fact, I’m headed there right now lol thanks for all you guys do!

Food was good… not great, but I guess the Turkey Creek location has spoiled me. Music was a good volume. We got our food a little slower than I expected, given there were only 2 other customers, but maybe they’re understaffed like everywhere else.
