I should’ve drove off, as soon as I saw the barbeque sauce smeared on the window and a sign that said they don’t refund because they guarantee your order is correct. Seems like a scam. I ordered a Classic chicken sandwich and 3 tenders. This is what I got, also the chicken tenders not pictured were the same size. It would’ve been appreciated if they just said they were out of the chicken.

Im sooo let down. Order the new chicken wraps to try, was very excited. And this is what i got after a long long wait. All of my wraps look like this. Just no care or effort. Tastes just how it looks. Disappointing. This is it untouched, just opened the wrapper.

All-around bad experience will not be going back. Waited beyond a reasonable amount of time for my food and when i got it it was not edible. Asked for a refund they told me it was store policy not to refund my order. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE DINING OUT AT THIS AUBURN LOCATION.

To say this location is a disaster is an understatement. I have seen countries hit by a Tsunami who have offered better service and quality of food than this location. I agree with several other reviews that the General Manager of this location does not give a **** and KFC should fire them immediately and put someone in that cares about the location and its staff.

I went here and ordered a 12 piece bucket. When I got home, I had a 9 piece with 6 wings and 3 breasts/backs. I was missing my Mac and cheese, so one granddaughter was not happy with me. Basically, they made a mistake and gave me a 9 piece. I called them up and let it rings until fax machine picked up 4 times before someone answered and they store manager told me they had people training and to come back and they would give me my chicken but it is a half hour ride so I asked if we could do something next time I was in town and he hung up on me. This is the first one star review I have ever given.

Im going to be simple and blunt. This place needs an overhaul. Chicken so greasy I ended up throwing half away. Soda fountain was fithy like as in looked like it was never cleaned, had no ice all the soda was nasty not coming out with the propper mix and the place was dirty. I got there when they just opened. The floors was coated in a greasy film, trash on the floor. If i was the owner i would can the manager for running such a nasty dirty restaurant. Yea like really because i wont go back.

Girl kept insteading that I wanted a 4 piece chichen when I distinctly told her 4 chicken breasts, 4 buscuits, large coleslaw and fries. Get home and we have no fries. She conveniently didn’t give me my receipt. Husband is on his way back to get his fries. Will see if they give them to him without giving an attitude or arguing. I paid enough for what I ordered so he best get his fries. She shouldn’t be working there if she can’t get peoples orders the way they order it. If i walk in there again and she’s wirking I’ll turn around and leave. I’ll be putting this on Facebook if he isn’t given his fries. I was there around 3:15. It was KFC on Center St, Auburn, Maine.

I can’t even begin to rate this place right now I have called twice the second time I did get to speak to Luigi the manager and he says could you hold for a second while I take care of this order so I was like yeah and what does he do he just leaves me hanging there for almost 10 minutes while there’s joking and laughing and everything in the background so I did not get any response out of the store at all I will be also posting this to Facebook and any other media cites in the Auburn, Lewiston area that I can because it was burnt food dried out chicken everything was just totally disgusting the rolls were so gross they could be thrown up against the wall and they would bounce off. OK that’s all I got to say for my 25 dollars that I spent there. goodbye

Ordered food for delivery order was wrong substituted the chicken sandwich for some little slider that had like half a chicken strip on it ordered sweet tea they switched it out for Pepsi also forgot two sides, called them about it and they said they could not do anything to fix it as they were out of large chicken patties and sweet tea had no answer to why they did not call when they did not have what we ordered and then the manager was rude and hung up on my wife! Will not be revisiting.

Everything I got was cold except the fry’s. When they bagged it they put the pot pies upside down and crushed the fry’s where pretty mush just dumped in the bag and employees communications sucked.
