I really want to give this location a good review, but I just can’t. The pizza is good, the jojos are good, anything else I just can’t trust. I’ve order a variety of things from the through the years, I like to try what’s on their menu, but I have not been impressed by anything else. Mostly dissatisfied. I’ve gotten their Buffalo wings and they are undercooked and swimming in sauce. They’re actually really good if you air fry them for a few minutes at home, haha. I’ve tried their meatballs, various salads, fried chicken, a couple of the subs, all of which are blah. The owner has always been nice to me. Direct, no f-ing around, but nice. One of those people who are like “here’s what I have, take it or leave it”, and I find that entertaining and as someone who has worked in the industry I find it refreshing.

They never answer their phone. I gave up a year ago. I go to the Munroe Falls location. Always answer their phone, fast and friendly, excellent food. This location needs to just shut down.

This business has been here and been doing JUST FINE since I was a child. Quarter of a century she has been there doing business. I have ordered from here literally hundreds of times and never had a problem I have never had anyone be rude and my food is always great. The problem is many of you expect small business owners to bend over backwards and kiss your you know what despite how you are behaving. Dianna is NOT the one. If she was “rude” to you I PROMISE you deserved it. These reviews are crazy “the employee put me on hold” YEAH and then told her boss how you were behaving and her boss told YOU the real deal. She does NOT allow people to disrespect her staff. That is LITERALLY the definition of being a good business owner. If I could give them more stars I would. Try treating these people with a little bit of respect and see how far it gets you. If I have ever had an issue with an order, they have always fixed it

Pizza arrived hot and was good as usual. I think the guy cutting the pizzas needs a little more practice! lol I still wish they hadn’t ruined the best meatball sub in the the state by going with 4 small mediocre meatballs from the 3 large, better tasting ones they used to have.

Ordered a large Caprese pizza 4/28 from this location for dinner around 8:30 p.m. When the pizza arrived it was cold, didn’t look appetizing and and tasted horrible. We couldn’t tell if it was spinach on it, and it lacked of tomatoes, cheese and sauce. We called in as unsatisfied customers and they explained,” that’s how it comes.” We tried to call back around 9:30ish and no one answered the phone. We would’ve of appreciated a better care of customer service.

The quality of the food is pretty good (although they DEFINITELY need to clean/change their fryer oil more often), but their reliability is absolutely horrible lately.. Sometimes they close earlier than their posted hours, and almost every single time lately they don’t even have delivery.. A pizza place without delivery is like a burger joint that doesn’t serve french fries, its just expected.

Wise man say forgiveness is divine but never pay full price for late pizza. Ordered a pizza and 6 wings at 4pm on a Sunday. I was quoted an hour for delivery. After an hour and a half I called to check on my order they said it was out for delivery. Thirty minutes later it shows up an hour late and two hours after I placed the order. I called to speak to the manager about having it comped and his response was “No, if you want faster pizza come down and fill out an application.” Don’t waste your money on a place that doesn’t care about it’s customers.

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I’ve worked in fast food and I understand that it can get stressful but considering the fact that the manager has been in that position for 26 years (her words) I’d expect her not to behave like a child. I placed an order for 6 wings and I thought I asked for the new buckeye wing sauce but I got Buffalo instead. It’s possible that it was my fault, however I was not expecting to be met with such disrespect. I called back to inquire about me possibly getting new wings sent out to me she says I took the order and you said spicy Buffalo and she hung up before I could even ask anything else. I called back again with my mom present and she was even more disrespectful and threatened to call the police if we called back again. Very defensive and rude. The food wasn’t even that good. Don’t eat here it’s not worth it
