I ordered a large Mac and cheese . I was charged 8$ and it’s literally only half full. My last 8$ and I get half a Mac and cheese and my Roomate picked it up so by the time I got I they were closed. If you don’t have enough Mac and cheese for a large don’t still make them pay 8$ that’s ridiculous and chick fila probably lost me as a customer for this one

They are always nice and seem to keep employees for a good while. The food is always extremely nice and hot! I never end up with the wrong order. Lots of sauce is always given to the correct amount of food per order. We all know they have the best sauce !

I visited the location inside of Citadel Mall on Saturday and surprisingly my experience was horrible. I ordered 2 eight count meals and my food was old as if it was sitting. So I returned it in order to be remade and it seemed like the fries were placed back into the grease again. I was frustrated and requested a refund. Chick-fil-a typically goes above and beyond for their customers,but I guess that depends on the location.

The staff was very polite and helpful at the time of order and even when the drink lid popped off, spilling lemonade all over my truck. I ordered/picked up food for my entire office. When I got back to work, 20+ minutes away, I found my meatless salad was covered with bacon. I called to let them know, their reply was we will either replace or refund you IF you come back. That’s nice! I’m still hungry! I will not be going back!

Excellent service. I had been logged out of my Chick-fil-A One app and couldn’t remember my password so the woman running the register was patient and put my number in on her side to ensure I got my points. My order was done and ready pretty much as soon as I paid. Chick-fil-A is some place I can always go and ever expect anything less than the last one I went to. Even for being in the mall and not a stand alone store the quality was top notch.
